I have recently begun private coaching sessions with Jeanine and, honestly, her insights, knowledge and the techniques she uses are blowing me away. In our first session together I mentioned that I’d been struggling with the trapped emotion of “guilt”. And she was able to help me to fully release it and transform it into love. Now, when I think of the events that once made me feel guilt, I feel love and gratitude.
This session was really remarkable, and has set off a chain of events that has changed a number of things for the better in my life.
Having such a massive transformation in my first session has made me really excited to think what other things I’m going to be able to release and achieve this year.

Jeanine's Silva method trainings and Mastermind sessions have been phenomenal. She teaches (through Silva method) how to relax and heal ourselves and others, and how to work on goals and achieve them – whether personal, health related or professional, along with lots of tools and techniques for daily life usage (e.g. Sleep technique, or waking up without alarm). And her Mastermind sessions bring various like-minded people together to discuss some great books, contribute to each other’s growth by sharing relevant personal wisdom. I would like to say l recently did a training course, Manifesting the silva method. This was my first experience with the silva group and the reason lm writing this review is to say from the moment l walked up to everyone at the registration it was going to be a great experience very welcoming, friendly l felt like l was part of the gang! As most people had done previously trainings and were coming back for more. Then l met Jeanine such a fun, warm, clear teacher and communicator.
