We engaged Jeremy of JDW to undertake an extensive reconfiguration and extension of our federation house. I have taken time to write this review as the guys at JDW deserve the recognition. Our quote was competitive and even better the final budget and timing was spot on. The attention to detail and quality of finish was better than we could have thought. Jeremy was on site to talk through all matters and listen to our queries. We really enjoyed our first renovation project as it felt so seamless and we were comfortable that Jeremy had our best interests in mind. We intend to do further renovation projects and won’t re tender the build again but hand it directly over to Jeremy.

Jeremy has just finished a large and complex renovation for us in North Willoughby. The project included reconfiguring a 1930s house, tying this into a modern new addition at the rear, constructing a new double carport and landscaping works. Jeremy’s price was around the middle in the tendering process but from our interactions with him we felt he would be the most thorough and easy person to work with, and this proved to be the case.
As an interior designer I wanted to be quite involved in the build process and to make changes as required along the way. Jeremy was always flexible and patient as I took my time to make decisions.
The result has been better than we could have hoped for. A number of the finishes and building techniques we included are not standard and required a higher level of detail and attention than a typical build and JDW have excelled in their completion.
We would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy and his team to our friends and family and would use him for all our building work in the future.

Jeremy and his team have completed a number of big and small jobs for our family home over the past 6 years. We first hired Jeremy and his team to undertake our first ever renovation project consisting of the transformation of an under-utilised garage space into a granny flat. Jeremy’s quote was competitive and he was flexible with inclusions as we wanted to be able to source some of the supplies and fixtures ourselves. He was great advice along the way. His communication during the project was great ensuring all decisions clarified with us before guiding the trades to the job. The development was certified no problems and 5 years later the building is still looking fresh. Jeremy’s team is respectful and courteous, and leave site tidy at the end of day. I would recommend Jeremy and JDW to anyone looking at undertaking a building project.
