His quote was very reasonable (better than our other quotes) - which made me worry whether the quality would be up to others. However, reading previous reviews made me feel more comfortable. We were so happy with his service, his team and the quality of his work that we had him do extra work that effectively double the original job. His workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. He does what he says / when he says and for how much he says. We were delighted with the end product and would definitely use him again. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering his services. JDS made a scary process simple, stress free and enjoyable.

We engaged Jeremy to build our garage. Jeremy provided a fair quote and took the time to answer our questions about the build. We are very happy with the finished garage, Jeremy's workmanship is excellent.

Response was good, Jeremy seems knowing his trades well. But unfortunately, I was told my renovations jobs of about $4K to $5K job was too small for JDS team. So contact Jeremy and team only if you have a job north of $5K.
