By asking for something specific I found what I wanted and I spent very little time there after purchasing it.

I had a great experience there, great customer service willing to match prices from anywhere else I will be going back

I have had a few good experiences with them from price matching with other retailers to easily returning a faulty item. Juts recently returned a faulty headphone. After lodging the claim online (due to lockdown), the manager called quickly within a day and everything was sorted out so quickly and easily. I will definitely recommend them and shop there (JB Wollongong Central)

I was disappointed with the customer service,

The people on the floor are quick to walk in the other direction and are to busy talking amongst them selves to actually help you, and when you go up to them they just seem rude and blunt.

The cashiers are even worse rude and to be honest some of the males are kinda creeps.

Wouldn't recommend.

Love JB HiFi it is one of the best electronics stores around. Love 2 just browse the store, never leave empty handed can always find something new and exciting to purchase.

I purchased many stuff from here. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Service is very good.if you have any problem with your product, they are happy to help and solve your problem very quickly like replace product or refund money. Overall i am satisfied and recommend everyone to buy product from them.

The staff was very helpful, got us set up with latitude pay with in minutes and we had our brand new fridge just like that in minutes.

Fantastic customer support, I didnt do enough research about my headphones before I purchased them and there were no issues with returning them, and I got a new pair from JB which are wonderful. I listen to them every day and they're in just as good condition as when I got them. Staff were not only helpful but also friendly, and chatted naturally with me while waiting for a transaction to go through. I could be FRIENDS with these people, that's how chill they are. And the products are fantastic too. Definitely reccomend.

JB is an excellent place to find electronics and technology device, and the employees are beneficial.
There are also many special offers.

I Was here recently and can't be sure if the dude who served me was being patronizing or if he was on the spectrum. Regardless, I got the item I wanted and got out relatively quick, So Thanks!

Prices pressed is the idea and that's great. Also the staff in wollongong is nice. I feel for them because I witness some really horrible Customers treating them awfully. You do not deserve that.

Found a really helpful shop assistant who actualy knew what i was enquring about. So 5 stars to him.

It's my favourite JB Hi-Fi, they have such a large variety and such good prices, super friendly and helpful staff. The in store layout is brilliant focusing on house appliances on the right and laptops and tablets on the left. I could get lost in there for hours. Thanks JB Hi-Fi for encouraging me to part with my money

Visited the store two weeks ago with the intent to buy a soundbar. After waiting 20 minutes nobody came to assist me so I left. I returned today and again waited, this time after waiting 15 minutes i went to the register to ask for service, i was told they would send someone to the soundbars to help.after waiting another 10 minutes nobody had come. So i left again, never going to try shopping here again.

Not enough staff available to help almost every time I’m in store. Most staff are already serving customers when I look for help, and even when I ask for help staff seem like they don’t have time.

Went in after seeing they price match Amazon. Sales Guy fobbed me off as he couldn't be bothered. Save your breath. Go to Harvey Norman instead - they did it in seconds.

Can never find staff to help you, usually because they're standing in a corner talking to each other. I've walked out numerous times without what I've gone in to purchase because I haven't received help.

Had a great salesman help me buy my TV.
I needed help as I had not bought one lately.
The lady in small appliances helped me pick up the last Panasonic microwave and kindly price matched it for me.

JB is all right, this one has less of the cool camera and tech stuff compared to the city stores. Staff are friendly though

Would give 5 stars but the guy who was trying to help me was so in it for the commission I could see straight through him. All I needed was a standard tv antenna cable that cost $10 and he was pushing me to buy a signal booster for $70.
