You can wait all day to be attended to, and if you ask for something that is in stock on the web page when you get to the store, surprise! There is no stock of what you are looking for and they offer you something more expensive, maybe it works with adult people but not with those who are experts in electronics

Was able to have my product needs fulfilled at a competitive price and great service from the team in the camera section

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes to have someone come and serve me, despite being relatively quiet. Once a slightly more proactive staff member came over, they lacked a basic understanding of the product section and did not refer to anyone else. Thought it might have been a one-off experience so went back again and had the same terrible service. Always loved JB Hi-Fi but this store is terribly operated. Found a much better experience down the road at the Good Guys; would highly recommend.

I was returning a mega boom speaker and was helped greatly by a young woman at the cashier, who directed me to the speaker section where a lovely young fella helped me make my decision. The whole experience was a pleasure and the staff who helped me were relaxed and exceptional

The service is pretty bad at this store.
Multiple times when I already know what I want, still waiting over 5 minutes for someone available to assist in getting the item for me, if they even have it in stock!

Great place to shop good prices and very friendly and super helpful staff.
I bought a new phone and the lady who helped me did everything to get me set up and back online I will definitely be back.
Massive range of electronic equipment and easy to find in Tweed City shopping centre.

Been there many times as I don’t have any other options, the lady in the front counter named Max is so rude every time I go there, not just with me but with other customers too. I don’t understand why people like her works in customer service without any knowledge.
Her facial expression of anger and frustration is clearly visible when someone asks her something, we can ignore it once or twice but not every time. She shouldn’t be in the counter dealing with customers if she doesn’t like being nice to customers. I hop the management does something about it.
Other than that Sylas was very helpful to me yesterday, I would like give 5 star for him but unfortunately the lady Max ruined my experience with you guys yesterdy.

Goodness gracious, JB were the 4th place I tried, the staff here r so knowledgeable, professional attitude & fixed all my tv, + aerial problem, wifi & even educated me. I’m single, old, & was struggling. I highly recommend JB TWEED CITY. Thank you very much to staff, & obviously top store management.

My first visit here. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I did have to ask where the checkout was and walk back to the middle of the shop to be served. Overall a good experience.

Had a problem with my wife’s phone. Went back to JB and they couldn’t be more helpful. Thanks to Morgan for all her help, very much appreciated

Staff are helpful and friendly.
Easy to find what you're looking for but this store is lacking Samsung phone case accessories lots of iPhone cases accessories but hardly any Samsung phone cases.

Good customer service but a bit difficult to get assistance when the store is busy but that is to be expected when I am able to get a salesperson they are always very helpful.

I love Tweed City. It has everything you need and want, sad to see so many going out of business with the pandemic, let's all have the vaccine so the shops can open up by again.

Purchased a new phone on Wednesday and helped by salesperson Ellen so helpfull so hands on and since gone beyond to help me with a problem what an asset to JB

I went into the Tweed store looking for a pair of wiseless headphones and had the pleasure of being served by Storm, her knowledge was outstanding, great sense of humour and she made the experience great. My son also bought a pair of gaming headphones and she looked after him as well. Thanks heaps.

Got a small discount off a product I wanted. Eventhough the guy was busy and I kinda snuck up on him he was quick to the point and I was off on my way.

DVDs music CDs $1 great score for the price.
Also a SanDisk jump drive got a 64gb for $19.00.
Also when I needed a cell phone an oppo 5g ready $220 64gb internal and 128 GB SD max.

These guys are super helpful and took return of an item after I realised I got a laptop that would not suit my needs. (obviously it was unopened), then recommended something more suitable.

If you are looking for a Telstra product or service, go to JB HI-fI. I've been to a few JB's, & service is always good. Testra should get out of retail.
