Went into buy a certain gaming piece for my grandson's birthday and was greeted pleasantly upon entering the store. Then I had amazing customer service by another team member assisting me with my purchase. Will definitely be back!

Great customer service initially, then poor. Bought a new Samsung S23 FE and accessories spending over $1200. When got home Otterbox case that was selected for us was too small (FE bigger than the standard S23). Rather than drive 30 minutes back to the store, telephoned the store with sales person organising an online purchase from their warehouse (store had no stock). To be delivered within 7 days. Still nothing delivered so drove back to the store (still no stock and no longer any other cases that would fit). New sales person checked our order and told us that it had been shipped and should arrive in the next day or two. Also stated any issues would be Australia Post's doing. Next day still no delivery so telephoned sales support who told us that order had not been processessed (hence NOT shipped) and that the store had not told the warehouse they needed to fulfil the order. (Thanks Mr salesperson Nowra for lying to us). Sales support then organised ordered to be fulfilled by nearest store with stock (Canberra), but being a Friday afternoon too late so won't ship til next week. So after over a week still no phone case and don't trust myself to take a $1000 phone outside without a case. So I guess I will continue to wait. Not happy.

First time visiting the new store. Was welcomed as I walked in the door and asked if I needed assistance. Directed me to the right place. Also bought a blu- ray player staff member answered all my questions. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly, a rare experience. Great range of products. Would recommend this store.

Was looking for a simple work laptop with decent storage, Val came and assisted me with pricing and bundles. She was so cheery and helpful, I hope her work gets recognised. All of my experiences with staff here are so amazing, I'm so glad to have this near where I live

I went into the Nowra store this morning to ask about security cameras. As a single mum, I need this peace of mind. I had researched cameras online from other stores but it just confused me.
I was greeted by Sullivan and Kelly at the store as soon as i walked in. It was the best experience I have ever had. Sullivan explained everything to me clearly and with so much knowledge of the industry. Kelly, at the service desk, was so helpful with organising payment apps on my phone.
I cannot praise these 2 staff members enough. Your store is lucky to have you.

A large store with a diverse range of products for sale at discounted prices, and otherwise keenly priced. Worth checking out.

Handicap child discrimination.very poor cashier manners and tolerance. Manger should be sacked as she enjoyed a thousand dollar sale walk out.she was very pleased that her staff member made a disabled child very upset.you wonder why bad language was used. It was your lack of people skills and willingness to speak in private.
After the big manger contacted me a reasonable solution was an outcome.

Very upsetting afternoon. Purchased a ps5 and went to buy games. Was purchasing at least 6 games as well as a few other things. I have a disabled son who gets fixated on things and becomes very chatty. Lady at games counter was excellent with me and the kids as excited as they were. Unfortunately we then had to move to customer counter where we were sent to service man horrible for payment of our things. This gentleman customer service was atrocious and he was not tolerant of my son's excitable energy. He demanded to us are we the one's buying GTA 5 which I replied yes. My son was talking about all the games he was going to play including GTA 5. At hearing this the "customer service representative " decided he wasn't going to sell this game to us, even though it actually wasn't my son buying it, obviously an 8 year old doesn't have a bank account and credit card to purchase R Rated games, he was refusing to sell it to us adults. Just because a disabled child who gets excited about having a ps5 didn't know that he was going to be penalised for expressing his excitement about having these games. The manager refused to discuss this with my husband after he expressed his upset at his son being discriminated against because of his eagerness to chat to the man behind the counter about the awesome games he was purchasing. The professionalism of the manager and her staff are very poor and I will not be taking my children back to that shop ever again.

Update: I received a phone call from Dan the store manager on Friday morning the 1/9/23 the next day after incident. He was extremely helpful and willing to listen and help resolve the issue. Thank you Dan for your understanding.

I have been here twice now. The first time, the staff at the counter couldn't seem less interested in customer service as I was paying for my item. They just continued to talk to themselves and barely acknowledge me. Second time, i went in knowing what i wanted to buy.i understand when staff try to push your care plans onto people or upsell but these 2 particular staff members wouldn’t let up when i tried explaining that i wasn’t interested. I went from literally being handed the item to just about paying for it, to walking out and buying at harvey norman because they were to full on. I get you guys make commission and all of that but sometimes youre better off just not being so pushy.

From the friendly, informative greeting from security to the staff of the store including manager that has sadly gone now I felt like a "Queen "I was looking for a camera
battery. The helpful suggesi also ended up with an amazing and upgrade phone plan. Thank you.
Go see them you won't be disappointed. I plan to go back for a laptop

Fairly small for a JBHIFI however they still stock a lot of stuff, staff are great as well, very attentive and happy to assist with your needs

Can be a little hard to find someone, with jb hifi cheaping out on uniforms it's even hard to know who is staff

First visit.
Neatly tucked away, one could almost miss it.
Well fitted bright and clean but a bit claustrophobic and sensory overload.
Genuinely friendly employees, but if door front security could focus on the job and not his mobile, which was noted both entering and again when leaving, it would have been a 5 star rating.

Initially disappointed with JB Hi-Fi due to disinterest in clarifying phone plans. However, the issue was resolved satisfactorily through a phone call.

I went to the new Nowra store to buy some security cameras with lots of questions to ask and honestly was greeted by Zac who couldn’t help me enough I bought the cameras and highly recommend there service and products very happy cheers Jason @ Black Market Nursery
