The place was nice, lots of collectables, a little on the expensive side but honestly all and all cool place

Too many things on offer, not enough $$$ to buy, Cost of Living to blame, too many Bills to pay, Rates, Energy, Rent, Utilities, Petrol, etc etc My GOVT NOT doing anything at all, as prices Go Up GST goes Up, Fat Cats rake in more$$$ while Majority Aussies face a Bleak outlook!

A good one stop electronics and appliance shop but be wary that not all are available in this store due to its limited space. Bulky items such as Fridge and washing machines are either not displayed or limited due to the item size. Aside from that staff are helpful and accommodating.

Nice clean store with friendly and helpful staff. The store also has nice quality items. Would definitely shop there again.

Why do you ask for QR coding and proof of Vaccination, which I agred with, then you have staff with no facemask?

The srive is bad and they don't know that they are doing i would say to please put more work into it and I bought a puzzle and it had miss pieces

Great store, but I couldn't find what I was looking for/ needed, and even though we were in the store for at least 20 minutes, it wasn't until we were about to leave that one of the staff took an interest and asked if we needed 'help'.
But yeah, overall, great store for the majority of gadgets that one could want

Bought a mobile phone, even though I was interested in a base model Samsung smart phone A21s, the salesman told me features and warranty and didn't push me to high end phones.

Sales person was very helpful. My daughter wanted a product, and he was helpful towards her and treated her like any other customer.

The staff in the telecommunications area (mobile phones) are brilliant. Love dealing with them. Won't go back to the Telstra store.

I don't like searching for customer service people. Sometimes you literally have to stalk one down every time. Be more proactive. Some people know exactly what they want, but can't locate it within your menagerie of signage and hot price tags.
