JB Hi-Fi Mt Druitt

I just came from the store and I was served by such an amazing employee by the name Shak, this guy has the patience of a saint… the brother helped me with all the items and accessories that I needed. We went back and forth with prices and found the more suitable ones to my budget… I’m fully satisfied sir. My wife will be happy with her new MacBook. Thank you so much Shak you made my experience the best it could be.

Super impressed that at least you knew exactly what we’re talking about, with specs and what not… if you’re reading and come across the brother Shak in store, this guy knows his stuff. You won’t be let down.you know even as I was on my way to the car, he ran out of the store to remind me of a plan that I totally forgot about regarding a 500 dollar voucher. Shout out to my guy Shak. He really went the extra mile if I could give a 10/10 it would be because of Shak. Thanks a lot bro!

I tried to get some black ink for my Epson printer they have a very small supply so I went to office works

Good staff great products. Anything you need for work from home to home electronic they have all. Also the do price match.

No friendly staff. When you do get a staff member to help they tell you their busy and will send someone to help me. They never send anyone.you basically have to be rude to get service in jbhifi mt druitt. Penrith jbhifi is better.

Had what I wanted, unfortunately they couldn't match a competitors price.
So I went elsewhere

I was greeted with a smile and a helpful member of staff helped me find the product I was after.

Really a great experience. Extremely useful electronic accessories available at consdierate prices.

This store has a huge range, but not always the best prices. If you ask they will usually price match or at least knock a bit of the price if you like to haggle.

Big thanks to the staff at JB Hi-Fi with their assistance handling my faulty samsung. After being provided with evidence of consistent faults they stepped in and handled the situation while samsung denied all faults. Very disappointing experience with samsung, very positive experience with JB Hi-

Looks like nobody works here, everyone was busy on the computer. Waited more than 40min. Walked myself out. Worst experience.

It took ages for a staff to come and ask if we needed assistance, we literally waited an hour for someone to just come and take the headphones out of the locked cabinet

I waited around for staff to help me though none approached ne and seemed to divert away from me. The store was clean and covid safety protocols in place, however after multiple attempts of looking for my item on my own, I just walked up to check out and asked them to assist me, which I know isn't their job, but what else was I supposed to do

This is my go to JB HIFI. If I want to order something online Mounty always seems to have it. In saying that remember covid is about so at this point of time my comment just could be worthless. Happy shopping.

After 5pm, so quiet, got the help I needed straight away, very helpful. Had what I wanted in stock.

Worst experience i had in jbhifi in 10 year,
Staff dont bother to help even you ask them to help,
After 20 min someone come to help, he went to look for product but never came back.

Walk out of store without buying products.
Jb Hifi lost one loyal customer today.

The guys working there know what they are talking about their products this is what I like. But unfortunately most of the time they are running out of the stock. That's the worst part of it. Otherwise I like JBHIFI. Need to improve that

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Assisted me with no issue and fast. I was in and out within 10 mins

Love JB HI FI bought a Nintendo switch go lots of games for Nintendo switch and just going to get a wireless headphone and why I love this place is cuz it's cheap liget soo cheap.

NEVER SHUT DOWN JB HI FI!
