JB Hi-Fi Marsden Park HOME

I went in the store on the last day of EOFY sale. Was looking for some IT hardware stuff and was made to wait after being told they were short staffed. Couldn’t believe they would be short staffed on one of the biggest sale days of the year.
Anyways, after some waiting I was helped by Luke. He gave me a great deal on my purchase and that made my day. Thank you.

There were about 10 staff members on the store floor at JB Hi-Fi today, so definitely well staffed by upper management. Unfortunately, all but 2 were on their phones attempting to get Taylor Swift tickets, walking around discussing with each other about how far they were in the queue.
This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing for a company that staffs their stores well, yet the staff members aren’t actually there to work.

I bought a washing machine from JB hiFi in December. Since that it is not working. I called few times in store they says they gonna resolve the issue but till now no progress.

Wide range of household appliances in addition to the consumer electronics. They are always up in the market with latest trends.

We were in your store today and served by Shawn and he was an absolute gentleman and helped with all our items I would recommend him to everyone ️️️️️

Whilst we ended up getting the help we needed we were passed on three times, it was the fourth person who finally assisted us. Little frustrating to have to keep repeating yourself

Not many stocks available but awesome deals and some staff are so nice! Special thanks to Helena (), was able to help me save huge amount of time to finalise my purchases.

Good deals of products but staff are always busy from regular weekday and most especially on a weekend. It's not staff fault but I think JB hi-fi needs to hire more staff because customers always wait for staff assistance longer than 30 minutes and there were 4 customers waiting to get assistance for 1 staff member.

You can find a staff to assist if you have inquiries and to find a product you need and an option. I’m looking for a lens of a camera but unlucky it’s not available in the shop. Some good stuffs to look around. I normally go to this shop if I need some IT gadgets. Bought this item yesterday.

Worst experience ever with your staff member over the live chat and over the phone. Refuse to get me to talk to the manager when I requested it. On Sunday told me something else then on Monday something else and now something else.

Great store with variety but bad customer service. Rude and unhelpful manager as well as staff. On one occasion I saw 4-staff members dealing with one customer while I waited for 15-minutes. Second time I waited for 10-minutes for staff and he told me to go to cash counter which took another 15 minutes to wait, and eventually cash counter staff again told me to go to product section because she could not help at cash counter. Visited them a few times but unpleasant experience. They definitely need professional training

At JB Hifi Marsden Park You need to buy something expensive like a laptop before someone will assist you. Otherwise they will ignore you. Don't waste your time and just go to Good Guys or Bing Lee across the road.

Don't shop in store often but the click and collect service is super fast and staff are very friendly and helpful

Nice place to visit not too much of variety but just enough to shop and depending on what you are looking for

Few things that are fundamental for great customer experience and this store doesn’t have any of them…

- Never adequately staffed - you’ll always have to get someone to call someone to help you out and you’ll end up waiting.

- customer service - well I don’t have to write much about that… all the reviews are full of how bad the service is and I’ll just say thatthey are not wrong.

- returns process - their staff at the counter or the staff responsible don’t know their own process. I was asked to present a invoice whilst returning a broken wall mount. I provided the invoice from the JB account where all your Digital invoices are stored and the staff says to me do you have another invoice? The actual one? I was like what do you mean by actual one? This is the invoice. He said to me no it’s not…20 mins later he was told by other staff that this is the right invoice. Oh no….

- have a faulty tv from this store and when I rang to ask them about what to do after 20 mins someone just said submit a request online and no further info on what happens after that…

You guys need to learn much more about what it means to provide good customer experience and not just run your store because you get paid to work… if you’re not adding any value then you might as well have robots working in the store instead of humans because you aren’t any different at least the robot is will know the process or better yet improve it.

Pretty big JB HI-FI, has pretty much everything you need in terms of electronics and appliances. Only issue is computer peripheral section is incredibly small and cramped.

I wouldn’t go here unless you want to meet the rudest staff member - Madi. We did complain to the manager (Justin) but her incompetence and poor service left a sour taste. Just walk across and go to Good Guys - get the price matched.

The guy at pay counter was extremely rude. A person like him shouldn’t do any customer facing role. I almost gone for making a complain to head office but my husband who actually did receive the horrible service from the cashier guy, stopped me as he worries if that rude guy might lose his job.jb hifi is my fave shop but I don’t recommend JB hifi marsden park.don’t go there guys

Average, guard at the door was extremely rude, my friends and I stopped out side to do the whole Covid check in’s, and the guard was pointing at the signs and said aggressively QR code about 10 times, and show me show me over and over. Totally annoying, it’s uncomfortable going shopping at the best of times these days, we try to make the most of it, just some business like this have terrible guards.
