I just left this store after dealing with Dez who sold me a vacuum, she was so down to earth and happy to help and got to problem solving so quickly. Deserves a raise

Wonderful customer service.
Have been to this store twice in the last month for purchases and both times staff have been helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me.

Awesome service helpful in all areas from buying a dishwasher to my new airfreight to new monopoly game thankyou Jb Hi Fi at Erina Nsw.

Security at do it, sign in a must, offers masks where needed.
Now only has click & collect. Friendly staff, supper efficient.

After having purchased a laptop pre lockdown, I was a chicken about collecting it for a month. Called the store on Saturday around lunch time to ask if it could be delivered instead and it was at my house within 3 hours on the next courier run. Friendly and capable staff. Much appreciated!

For the store and most of the staff good service and products at the right price. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a dodgy TV. The sales person steered me from the model I originally asked for (TCL) and showed me a better TV that he said would be easier to tune and had more features. Wow was I disappointed, within a week the problems started.
I thought that it was my internet causing the drop outs and loss of signal.
I then purchased a new laptop from JB HiFi and found out it was the TV at fault. It took three months of negotiations and an order from the Service NSW consumers tribunal to get a refund. This was all caused because the manager would not admit a faulty product and me being an older person he tried to browbeat into submission.

I was so impressed for the customer service. I went to collect my order today. The staff was so friendly and solved my order and even better deal! Thank you for your assistance. Good customer service.thumb's up!

Josh at JB HI FI erina was really informative, he explained everything in detail and in simple terms when i was buying a new laptop.

I would highly recommend anyone to see him if they are getting a laptop.

It's a big store.
Staff friendly enough this time.
Parking out the front was almost full midweek, bet it would be insane on a weekend.

Expensive and cluttered. In my opinion, whereas the cheap warehouse layout once worked to give a bargain feeling, it's now dated and not representing the JB brand very well.

The other major retailers are usually cheaper (except Harvey Norman) and for best value buy elsewhere than JB (or HN).

JB you did it again!
Fixed me up with a great smartphone for an extraordinary great price.
They always have great deals on through the year and they never disappoint.
Very knowledgeable and effective staff or on the floor always happy to help with any section in the store there is always a wiz there to give you a hand.

These guys work hard and usually under staffed. We purchased a dishwasher recently and had some issues afterwards. They really looked after us and did what they said. Good job guys. Highly recommended.

JB hi-fi Home is different from your standard JB hi-fi in the sense that it has home appliances like dishwasher, fridges, washing machine etc in addition to your typical JB hi-fi electronics.

Our salesman, Lai, helped us with our selection of TV, when no-one anywhere else could. A very friendly and happy chappy, as were his colleagues.

I have been a frequent customer here since 2005 and up until 2016, I mostly bought CD's and DVD's.
Starting in February 2016, I purchased two vinyl reissues as an experiment and they were "Future Games" by Fleetwood Mac and the collector's edition box set of The Beatles' "Magical Mystery Tour", containing a remastered version of the original double mono EP with faithfully replicated labels and artwork, a commemorative ticket, a nice booklet with historical info, diary entries, invoices, dockets, photos from behind-the-scenes and cast biographies.
I played them on the record-player that I had at my parents' house and was so encouraged by the really nice sound quality that I decided to continue purchasing vinyl reissues.

Charlene Cobain Kucera was born on the same thing that she was in love with the vhs in a long period of time in Belize but she will be able to get a little more than the rest of the guitar and the pho is a very good at home and rhgt is the best way to birth her life and the pho is the best way to get a little more than the rest of the guitar and the pho is the best way to do the job for you to make it happen in your t out in a way that's the new girl you are going through with a new baby that you home for you to make it sad.

Outstanding customer service. I walked in with my bf to look for a laptop and am absolutely blown away by the customer service received from Jase. He was really helpful in trying find the most suitable product for us and would definitely look for him if I ever had any technology needs!

I was looking for 2 new Samsung phones. The assistant focussed on selling me what suited him, not what I was looking for. Poor training.

They have alot of kitchen appliances. They have a good range of TVs and stereos. I mostly go in there for CDs and vitals.
