Double thumbs up to the manager and staff as well as upper management, who in record time, resolved the issue with my new phone. I will keep referring customers to them.

Great shop, I've purcahsed all my digital gears here. Big shoutout to Owen, the hair wizard with Eddie Griffin vibes. He handled a couple of my returns and warranty claims. Quick and hassle-free - it's like magic! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Staff are friendly. However, they don't always have everything in stock. Still a good JBHIFI.

CD's, Nokia's newest smartphones (i.e. X30), anime blu-rays, nice shopping experience without trying to 'cheapify' the business via cheaper rental in small shops, or trying to move all online. Audio/visual display units so you can see all the PC screens, TV's and a few smartphones. I could play with the newest Samsung so I'm glad they have the demo units for us customers. Also checked an MSI laptop demo unit with a bad screen (latency) so JB Hi-Fi helped me stay away from MSI now too. The Samsung Fold stuff isn't that great don't be fooled with online-only-shopping. Go to JB Hi-Fi and check the phones, TV's, laptops and gaming monitors yourself! And then browse the thousands of CD's! So have to give 5 stars right? Like nothing wrong!

The store assistant Alice was very nice and knowledgeable and she told us heaps of relevant info, sadly while serving us she was mandatory called over to serve someone else, so I give 5 stars to her and zero to her manager.

Had a wonderful experience with Owen at Jb hifi chatswood chase today. I have been to multiple jb’s and mostly they are quite impatient and always in a rush. Owen was wonderfully helpful and patient considering that he didn’t have any personal benefit from the transaction as it was just replacing a faulty product under warranty.

Went in with a phone charging issue and was helped by an awesome guy, Ed. He went above and beyond anyone else in any JB hifi store. He is what customer service should be. Will be going back there for future purchases.

I won’t go on any other branch of JB Hi-Fi except in Chatswood Chase. It’s massive and I can find even the oldest Korean movie. It’s well arranged and the staff are very helpful and attentive.

Staff need to chat less and work more. Attitude is abysmal. Save yourself the hassle and go to Westfield instead.

Needed assistance with finding an album I could not find anywhere else. I was assisted by David who was very quick and whom I had a wonderful conversation with. Being a retired flight attendant, David should be one too seeing how attractive he is and his beautiful smile. Staff at the counter were very quite lovely as well. The best JB Hi-Fi I've ever been to.

This is one of two JB's in Chatswood.friendly staff are usually keen to do a deal plus they dont chase you around the store.

Went into JB HI-FI Chase the other day to purchase a new laptop. I knew what I needed, so was looking for fairly quick service. Was served by Nick, he provided excellent, timely, and professional service.

Larger store than the Chatswood Westfield but neither sell white goods. This would be better upgraded to a HOME store so I can buy a fridge on the cheap with my 4K blu-ray copy of Morbius

Visited the store to return faulty Beats headphones. I had no receipt and didn't even remember when I bought them. It took Chris & Anton over 30 minutes to get the details and they arranged a replacement for me. Outstanding customer service Highly recommend

Not a good experience. Myself and my family won’t be shopping there again. Screen your job applicants better and remember that, apparently, an unhappy customer tells at least twice as many people about their experience as a happy customer.

A great store with outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend other people to going to this store for electronics. They have a wide range and the customer service is great. When they told me they were out of an item they told me other places to get it which were very helpful. They were also really nice. Thank you for the great experience!
