JB HI-FI

I was looking for a small TV for my caravan.
It's hard to find a store that stocks them.
Service was great, but no small TV's

It's OK.

They had a 2 for $40 dvd sale. Took the DVDs to the counter from the same series. Didn't amount to the $40 at the counter. Staff said it's because they didn't have the promotion stickers on one DVD.

Went home. Ordered the same DVDs online from JB and got the deal

I received great service here but only 3 stars as the shop is a bit of a disaster as they're currently renovating. I'll happily go back and likely to update my review when renovations are completed.

Greatvstafd, and better yet no news to wait to have your Telstra account set up with your new phone they do it there

Helpful staff, although even if you know what you're going in there for you'll end up walking out with a bunch more stuff. My go to store whenever i visit Albury

The branch isn't complete but staff makes it easy for unavailable items (even sale items from other branches) to be delivered to you.

This is absolutely the best JB HI FI I have ever been to. Several staff took the time to help me out with getting an unbelievable deal on a new phone close to closing time. I had the best shopping experience I've ever had. I am simply amazed at the service and deal so would recommend this store to anyone

Polite & helpful, had a large TV to put in vehicle. Young man helped & was polite.

Just a visitor here, but the two staff that I dealt with were more than great in exchanging a faulty set of earbuds bought in Qld.
Sorry, didn't catch her name, but the young red head girl needs a mention for being how all staff should be. Happy, friendly to help and knew what she was talking about.

Even during busy periods staff make sure to check in and let you know when they'll be there to help

Needed help with some PS5 drive technical issues. Ian was amazing. Was super patient, attentive and thorough. Tested everything was fine for us and made sure we were happy. Thank you very much Ian.

Staff were not interested in helping me at all, and ignored my efforts to ask for help. Whilst standing in the store, I looked up the item on Amazon and realised it was cheaper there anyhow. Will not bother to return to this store.

Friendly service and honourable. I had to return a damaged blu ray disc to JB Albury and without hesitation they changed it over with a super friendly attitude.

Luke, the floor sales person, was very helpful and gave good guidance. Without the me feeling under pressure to buy. He gave me a good price so I was happy to buy.
There warranty is good value also. Cheers

The sales people here are incredibly helpful and kind, they were quick to solve any issues I had and offered affordable solutions.

Staff bent over backwards to help us find and finally purchase (from a diff store) a long awaited playstation 5. Would highly recommend

Great time had at JB Hi-Fi. Adam went above and beyond to make sure we received the product we needed and everything worked. Initially had some issues with ear bud performance. Adam stepped aside from his duties to solely focus on our needs. As a result we upgraded and Adam helped greatly in arranging a great price. Great work Adam, thank you for being so focused on the customer experience, will definitely return for some more shopping.
