Always 5 star service here. After a terrible experience at another JB, we received expert care and support from the knowledgeable team here, walking away with exactly what we needed.

This is my second amazing experience with the team, who helped us back in September as well.

No pressure to buy, not pushed into a high price bracket, each experience has been meeting our budget minded needs. Thank you so much team!

Bought a new samsung s22 from there the other day.
Staff was really helpful and not pushy.the place is also massive and has a good layout with everything you could want in a jbhifi

I went to buy an 55 inch Oled Sony TV and I was given such a hard time about wanting to take it on my car, to the point the store manager came in and in a rudely manner told me if I took it with me I would have to sign a weaver saying that no matter what type of damage the TV is found after I open the box, they will not be liable. I had a Sony TV for 10 years and I moved apartment 5 times, i understand they do not want to be liable for screen damage but from there to go and say they won’t be liable if there are any other faults after buying from their store? I walked out and went to the good guys, bought the TV and did ask me to sign a weaver too but at least they were fair and nice enough to say it was for any damage related to the screen. Appalling treatment in JB HiFI, will not be shopping with them anymore.

After spending a great deal of time with one of the sales people over the phone organising the reservation of a product, delivery, setup, and removal of old product plus price matching and additional warranty, when I arrived at the store I was assisted by a scruffily dressed young woman in dirty shorts who said she could not find said document and I would be required to rebuild the document to make the purchase via her, which I did not have time to do, hence the previous time and effort over the phone, so left the store to purchase from an alternative retailer. On getting to my car I decided to call back the store manager to see if they could assist me before I gave up, but he had left the store for the day… It was 4.11 pm. What’s going on JB HIFI Artarmon? !

I went into the store this afternoon with my laptop that wouldn't turn on!
I was greeted by one of the great staff - Brendan - who could no doubt see how stressed I was, as the laptop is my work computer. Needed tomorrow morning. He managed to get it out of it's 'sleep mode' and back up and running again. I will need to get a new one, and I know where I will be going to get it! Many thanks Brendan and JB Hi-Fi Artarmon.

My Goodness! To describe customer service at JBHI Artarmon in one word - Outstanding- I cannot for the life of me remember the sales lady who in fact is in the process of completing her teaching degree but she was fantastic as was the Manager of the store - Nothing was too much trouble! If ever you need anything from JBHI in particular Apple Watches then
JBHI-FI Artarmon is the go-to place.

The one sales person made me wait and stuck for half an hour because of non buying customer. She also supplied wrong info and I bought wrong product. Gladly, im enough experienced for wrong info and i tried in store after I buy. Woilla, it was wrong. The worker on register and supervisor or manager of her was nice to communicate and help to fix the issue. Still, it's not my responsibility to find out mistakes of sale person with gadgets next to me to carry so -1 for it. They fixed issue without offering little discount to make me smile -1 for customer care issue (I'm European and we are the best for it).

It's a. JB HiFi in Artarmon. Pretty much you get all the stuff for basic entertainment. But always check online for stocks because sometimes all the outlets won't have stock of item of interest. People in the proximity of Artarmon should definitely check this place out

I had bought a Chromebook from JB Hi-fi a year and half back. I was recommended the insurance for any damages or electronic failure for my device for 2 years which I bought into. Now my laptop does not work while covered by device insurance and they tell me that my device is not covered for electronic (internal) damage and only for external. JB guys sold me an insurance policy that I am unable to claim and use. I don't like this. Very dodgy.

It's a larger JB Hi Fi store so they have a big range of products. The staff were very friendly too

Excellent customer service. I bought a product that was later reduced in price and was just outside the usual 2 weeks that they would normally refund the difference but, the management met me half way antiqued me a 50% refund which I thought was very fair. Thanks jb artarmon.
