70Ever time i go there the staff rather talk to each other or on there phone than help costumer so far they have lost a few sales to other shops due to this
Purchased an SD card at their Mt
Druitt store, but no one was
available to assist in it's insertion
and use.
I was in the area, so called in and
this store had someone
available to put it in also show
me how to use it.
Great service. A staff member immediately noticed me entering and asked if i needed help. Was looking for a samsung galaxy s20 fe cover and glass protector. That staff member quickly guided me to the section that had those products. Great staff and great atmosphere in shop. One downside was how expensive the products were even though on the same floor a competitor provided same products for less.
Accepted for credit a product we had opened then found compatibility issues with. Very appreciative of their flexibility.
Dont ppl do their job anymore? Took my laptop in for warranty repairs on 02/02/2021 only to find out it was only sent away on 23/02/2021. Someone is seriously sleeping on the job.
Horrible customer service.
On multiple occasions i have asked for help only to be told they will get someone to assist then be left waiting for well over half an hour. It's not a one-off either, whenever i go in there's almost always a customer who clearly needs help yet is left unattended for extremely long times, sort of makes you feel like you're in a game as no sane person would wait that long for help, but they do have a fairly captive market there
Product range is as good as the other stores. Never got the chance to buy something since you barely find a staff to come an help.
Have not had many great experiences with this store. There are blank displays for the TVs and half the TVs were off. I placed a pre-order here and other stores had stock before my pre-order was fulfilled. I asked for a price match and was told it would be not a problem, the price they gave me was same as shelf price. They fall below expectations because typically you would hope their alternative/organic staff would be enthusiastic about your interest in their offerings. It seems that working here is a chore for some. Understand that retail is a punish, but that's the nature of the beast.
Poor service, stood waiting over 10 mins in the audio/headphone section waiting for help, twice! Heaps of staff standing around chatting to each other. When I approached one they said they have to get someone who knows about that stuff and went back to chatting to other staff. I walked out, with $300 for another retailer to take my money.
Maybe should give 5 star's given that the Staff are so lovely, their very attentive, the store is exceptionally clean, their range of goods is the Grouse, so why didnt give 5 star's, I've been going to Parra JB hifi for 15yrs, since i got to Sydney there was 2 JB hifi stores in parramatta, now there's 1, so that (my loyalty) & that ONLY being the reason for 4 star's not 5 as Top Ryde JB is excellent,
Terrible experience, they just put today at their website that they have an Iphone 12 pro max availble, so I drove 40 minutes to come and get it and when I got here the person responsible for the Iphones just told me the didn't receive any for the last couple days and that we should buy at the apple store. Didn't care that they put wrong information at the website and that some people would come looking for it. Bad customer service, bad experience.
Great service and product range. Stewart from the TV department went over and above.great product knowledge. Once again Stewart keep leading by example.that's mate.
Found their customer service not 10/10 which I expect. Felt a bit rushed and staff are not that knowledgeable with their own products. Would try Bing Lee next time.
Two guys were over run with school kids but handled it well. Give them a pat on the back! And still the best off all stores!
Went into buy 2 things, didn't have either.
A set of bud earphones for a Samsung phone and a dab +, am, fm, radio with stereo earphone plug, battery and 240v power.
I called JB HI-Fi Top Ryde when an order I placed online was delayed, and they went out of their way to help me in various ways. I had previously called Macquire JB Hi-Fi, and the employee there said they had no way to help me at all.
Very crowded and I could not find anyone to serve me. After five minutes wandering around I left and made my purchase at the Camera House downstairs.
I buy my fitbit inspire HR with hans he is very nice and serve customer very well, he really have great customer service but all staff are friendly and helpful too.and I don’t forget to say thank you to security guy abbas he greet customer very well:)

Good place to visit for all your electronic goods we did a return of a fit bit watch as it was defective exchanged the watch without a problem and it was also good to see there was distancing with in the store between people.staff were friendly and helpful and all of this transaction happened in the busy period with the greatest of ease.
I wanted to buy my new IPhone 12 pro max and as it is new I know the stocks are selling super quick. I checked online and saw that Top Ryde store has the iPhone in store. I drove 40 minutes to go there and when I got to the store the guy told me that there was no stock available. I just checked online again and it was still available in the site. I then asked the guy to check for me and he told me to go buy in the Apple store that they would have it. I thought it was so disrespectful. If I wanted to buy in the Apple store I would had gone straight there. So disappointed.
