Absolute headache when dealing with the accounts department. Poor service, rude & unhelpful accounts people.

Absolutely useless office. I have come to purchase an item. It should have been come-park-get served-place an order-pay-collect-smile-go back but not in this place. ~15 minutes I was trying to find a place where I could place an order. With exeption of 1, only 1, guy from the stockyard no one approached me saying "how can we help you? "! Even when I reached the needed place (thanks to that guy) there wasn't a single person to assist. As a result I left without an item. I wish all the staff members individually (except that guy) to be served the same way at any place they appeal for services now on!
