Failed road worthy stating seat belts would not retract. Checked with Toyota the belt was twisted. I never go to jaxs again.
My family have been going to McGraths hill Jax for years and have always had a great experience. Had to get a flat repaired and it felt good as new back on the road. Great place, the people at the front are lovely and the overall service was great. Highly recommend the place.

Jax tyres are the best. Got hooked after my first visit in 2019. Changed my tyres and they have different price ranges to fit any reasonable budget and lots of staff ready to give free advice. I recommend them %.

I would 100% recommend Jax Tyres. I had a nail in my Tyre and on a busy Saturday Morning they squeezed me in on the spot, no hesitation and were really friendly and prompt. Within 30 mins my they’re was fixed and I was on my way. Fantastic to deal with and brilliant service.
Not once have I been made to feel uncomfortable about my lack of knowledge regarding my car. The respect for their customers is to be applauded.

Was heading up past Bilpin the other day and got a flat tyre. The tyre size on my vehicle is very uncommon and the guys at JAX Windsor did their very best to source the specific tyre, same day delivered via courier. They understood my situation and were able to help in a timely manner. Great service and reasonable price for fitting, balance and alignment.
Incompetent, costly, failures.
Ordered 4 tyres yesterday, at around 2pm from Jax at McGrath’s Hill.
The guy at the desk promised the tyres would be in by 2pm the next day, so long as we ordered by 5pm the day before.
My family drove 40 minutes to get tyres in the pouring rain
We arrived 10 minutes early before the appointment.
The guy said the truck had not arrived and said he would phone up to find out how long it would be - only to find out that the tyres went to the wrong store.
No apology, no offer of compensation, just "you have to come back tomorrow" - we left in a huff and really upset.
They stuffed up, and cost us loss of time, loss of fuel and loss of convenience.
That is half the story, when I got home, I tried to contact the customer service at head office in North Sydney, who basically
made all sorts of excuses for the company and ultimately upset my family members to the point of complete rage
When we tried to get a hold of a manager, to deal with the poor attitude of the customer service, and there was nothing but "he is in a meeting and is not available"

Wow, in our perspective, the reply from the company demonstrates our exact point, and confirms our position.
Nowhere in the reply:
- was there any apology for delivering the tyres to the wrong store
- was there any apology for costing us money and time
- was there any apology from head office for not handling this matter in a professional manner
- was there any apology for not being able to speak with a manager about the problems
- asking to discuss this matter with us and get our side of the story
The reply contained nothing but allegations, false information and demands:
- "we advised that we would notify you once the tyres arrived" - that is false jax told us that if we order by 5pm, it would be in by 2pm the next day
- "you insisted on coming to the store" - that is false, why would we?
- "encountered abusive language" - the words out of my families mouth was "this is unacceptable" and we left the store.
Here are some questions:
Do you know ANYONE that goes a store, when the store says they won’t have the product you are looking for? No? Neither do I!
Do you know ANYONE that arrives at a certain time at a store to pick up goods if an appointment wasn’t made? No, neither do!
Their reply does not make sense
What company requests a review to be taken down? It most certainly sounds like they are trying to control the customer and manipulate reviews, if you look at the reply it’s all about
"how wonderful jax are, sprinkled with brightly coloured 100s and 1000s, and they are just pretty little cupcakes"
instead saying:
"we stuffed up, here is our apology, we will look after you like the valued customers you are"
I had my car serviced last week and was pleasantly surprised that the price I was charged was significantly less than what I was quoted elsewhere. The service is of such a high standard.rarely seen these days. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I am one very happy customer
