Jax have courteous staff, efficient service, good vehicle advice. Not long to wait for a booking.

Used to take my cars here until I had a negative experience. Unfortunately, i’ll be looking for a new mechanic now.

Driving up the highway and blew a tier. The guys at Jax Taree changed the tire on the spot! We went for a walk and paid (super competitive), all with no fuss! Highly recommend

Got new tyres today and was advised all that there was to know about them, handling in all conditions, how they wear & how to look after them. Would definitely recommend as they talk to you NOT down to you. Also great service

I wasn't impressed with the woman working behind the counter. She was so rude and disrespectful to me as a customer, and her phone manner wasn't any better.
Sorry, but i won't be rushing back anytime soon.

They were quick to change all my 4 tyres and they put my spare back underneath my car which was such a wonderful surprise, I will recommend them to anyone

They changed the wheels on my friends car, few days later we’re driving in a 90 zone and the front left wheel flies off leaving us to scrape and slide into a ditch. Never coming here again.

Ordered tyres, had to wait a week. Fitted wrong tyres ordered, rang, no apology, no sorry. Just, well they are more expensive tyres
Never again, customer for over 20 yrs. Asked about fitting tyres with red dot adjacent to valve.
Comment doesn't matter we don't do that.

Prompt, efficient and courteous service. As I was leaving, these hero's went to aid an elderly costumer who had fallen in his own home. This touched my heart. Not only are they great at their jobs but they're committed to emotionally invest themselves in their community. I can not recommend them enough. Above and beyond. Glad I witnessed it.
