Completely incompetent. Cross threaded and ruined a wheel stud and accepted no responsibility.

Rocked up unaanounced with a piece of metal in our tyre before heading to the snow. The team was super helpful and got the tyre sorted in quick time and kept our trip on schedule. Fantastic attitude saying they were so happy to help us out.

Great honest mechanics. Excellent for tyres as well as mechanical services. Much better service than the dealer.

I would not be getting my Tyres from anyone or anywhere else other than JAX Sutherland. The guys there are awesome, and the prices are absolutely amazing as well.

Staff at JAX were friendly and professional. They charged me what they had quoted over the phone and even though they were busy, my car was returned to me in under the time they advised it would take.

Was able to get my car in at late minute for new car shoes.
Prety happy with turnaround.
The dudes there were good to deal with also.

JAX staff promptly responded to my web chat inquiry and took up the conversation via SMS. I found this quite useful, as it gave me an indication that a real person was responding and providing information and updates. Once my vehicle was booked in, the work proceeded on time and my vehicle was returned to me in the condition I expected it - also on time!

I would like to thank Sultan and his staff who took care of my Type R. Came in for new rims plus needed other maintenance done which the mechanic found and needed to be done. Great service from the start to finish so much appreciated. A1 they are and all customers should go cheers again from Phil. Had 4 new tyres fitted, wheel balance and alignment. Also had a rego check done. Total cost very reasonable. Staff friendly and efficient.

These guys are flat out for a reason, they're prices are reasonable & most importantly the customer service is outstanding, I don't right to many reviews but recognition is needed. Places like this are becoming far and few between in Sydney. I'm a return customer, over the years I've turned up with all types of tyre & alignment requirements, always receiving a smile and no problem attitude, to drive it home, I'm as fussy as hell with my vehicles.

The staff were friendly and informed us promptly about an issue with our vehicle and it was fixed that day highly recommend Jax tyres and auto

Service was excellent today when I arrived with damaged tyre. Within 15 min i had my tyre fixed and haven't been charged for work done! Amazing, great job and many thanks to Jax Tyres Sutherland!
