JAX Tyres Penrith

Our family and our business have used Jax in Penrith for over a decade, we run many vehicles over long distances, so we are in need of new tyres or repairs fairly regularly. This team is always happy to help us, they never oversell and they always explain to me whats going on. They are the best!

First time customer. The professional admin team were able to fit a service in before Christmas. The admin kept me informed of costs on the day and the mechanic team checked my tyres and pressure then wrote the pressure on the sticker which I've never had with a service. Very handy. I will be taking my car back to Jax Penrith for future services and tyres.

Most stupidist management, went to get a 4 wheel balance, asked for old weights to be removed as they may be wrong & unnecessary but management promised ALL MECHANICS keep the old weights & if necessary add more wheel weights to counter any wheel wobble, EARLY MORNING ATTEMPT TO CAUSE ARGUMENT

Terrible customer service and business ethic. Providing false, inaccurate and inconsistent quotes for service despite giving them your rego number that they have all the vehicle information about.till next service where we can do it all over again.

Premium servicing at a fair price. Staff are friendly and professional. They know their stuff so well they can explain it to non-motorheads like myself clearly, without condesention. They treat every customer equally and value all. Fantastic experience from booking, to servicing, to payment. I highly reccomend JAX Tyres Penrith to friends and family.

Had a GVM upgrade fitted. Very helpful, professional and courteous. Took the time to make sure I was getting the right product for my needs.

I have an older car, that I needed abit of work done so I called around to different places. But Jax beat their prices without even trying on first call!

The tyres I purchased weren't suitable jax got me new tyres which were another cheaper but charged me the price of there dearer ones.
When I asked they just rambled on with garbage. Completely ripped me off

Last week I visited JAX Tyres and Auto Penrith. A friend (and JAX customer) strongly recommended I do this ASAP. He observed a 10-cent sized tear on one of my tyres.

Nicole came out to my car to discuss the situation. She was very helpful and patient, and assisted me in taking all the "stuff" out of my boot, so the technicians could check out the condition of my spare.

With no fuss, the situation was assessed. My car's two best tyres were fitted at the front (being a front-wheel drive vehicle). The spare was in good condition, and the nicked tyre would be fine as a spare tyre; okay in an emergency. The technicians explained exactly what they were doing, and checked the tyre pressure on all tyres, (I had been putting less air in than was required).

I was so surprised when I went into the office to pay for this very timely and hassle-free service, and Nicole said "no charge"!

Thank you Nicole and workers at JAX. I will return next year to have my tyres checked, and to have new tyres fitted when required. I was so impressed, and will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

I always feel that at Jax Penrith I’m treated as a valued customer. Prices are good and there are often specials or rewards. As a female I am never made to feel stupid or unimportant like so many other motor vehicles service dealer make you feel
