We have bought tyres for 2 cars and had checks done at Jax in Newcastle and they have been excellent with service and pricing.

The team supplied and installed a set of pro drag rims for my ss ute, did a great job sourcing the rims and price point, they collected my car from site and returned it to me with the new rims fitted. Couldn't be happier great experience.

Exceptional staff who take the time to educate their customers, make them feel welcome and safe to continue on their journey. I recently had a puncture and was only in town for the day. They took my call while on the drive, fitted me in when I needed it and arranged for further support back in Sydney. I couldn't recommend more highly.

We needed to have our baby seat installed today, and not only were they super quick and cheap, but while I was paying the lady even put away my groceries! Being 39 weeks pregnant, I could've wept with gratitude!

I was told it wouldn't be ready till about 10.50
11.00 o'clock.
I work for the Aged and Disability Industry.
I really had to get back on the Road
ASAP. I had Clients waiting.
Got A Phone Call that the Car was Ready to be picked up. The Time 9.38.

Horrible experience!
I have been a customer for 3 years, arrived today to have a tyre replaced and parked in the garage entry only to been sworn at by the manager Anne. She continued to yell at me from a customers vehicle saying she worked there and I had to move my car. It was a stressful situation traffic coming from all ways on a Main Street and she swore at me as I proceeded into the office. Highly recommend anyone to choose another service there are plenty of competitors in the area.

Very impressed by the service today. I had a slow leak in a new tyre which was detected and plugged, saving me from the cost of a new tyre on a 7 month old car.
They are a sleek operation and very professional

Good place good deals fairly average great service but if you can find somewhere quotes you cheaper do it

Back every time my car needs anything to do with its wheels. Prices are right, can book in almost any time you like, works done promptly and to a high standard. Literally cant fault these guys.
