Outstanding service and decent people. I took an ATV tyre to Jax on Saturday morning with a bead (rim) leak. They close at 12PM and I arrived around 11: 30AM, 3 people in front of me, thought I had no hope. The office manager explained politely that he was looking after other customers first, so I waited but with low expectations given the time and people in front of me. He got to me a few minutes before 12PM, popped my tyre on his machine, removed the tyre from the rim, cleaned up the rim, replaced the tyre, sealed the rim, checked rotation direction, reinflated. 10 mins. I'm back in business. Terrific service. This is the first time I have dealt with these people, won't be the last.

Had a bolt in the Tyre - got to JAX 5 mins before closing - these guys could not have been more helpful and sorted us out within minutes. First class service - James was fantastic. Thank you to the team there.

James and the team there were amazing, could not be happier. We took a new Prado there and they changed out our tyres, gave us great advice and a great price. We went to two other places in Mona Vale for quotes and their service was rubbish in comparison. Highly recommend them!

Awful customer service and overall management. The workers and managers who run this store openly talk badly about their customers and potential customers right in front of them. Have never quite experienced such awful customer service from people looking to use their service. Would never use this place based on how they treat their customers.

Awful customer service. Staff member spoke rudely about me to his boss as I was walking in. Further to this, his boss encouraged it and didn’t even offer an apology. Legitimately worst customer service I have ever received. Would never consider using these people

Incredible service! The whole team was polite and went above and beyond all expectations to make sure I was satisfied and all done in a short amount of time. Awesome work!

Since the first time I arrived here three years ago to fit new tyres on my first car the level of service and professionalism has always been the same. Darren and his team knows what they are doing and will serve you with nothing but the best. I am a sworn customer and will stay one.

I've been going to the team at JAX Mona Vale for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They've always accommodated my needs promptly and provided friendly and professional service every time I've attended (and I've been there a lot of times!) Good pricing and good service, thanks guys.

Not happy. They scratched one rim of my car whilst removing balancing weights.
They've lost me as a customer.

Thanks to Jax Tyres i got my front wheels done and was able to do my pink slip today and that after i got to hear that my actually very common size of tyres are not available anymore but that will be another review at some other tyre shop in mona vale so yes thanks to jax tyres for fast and great service

Had a great experience today with buying two tyres. Was offered a fair price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Job was done within good time and had great communication to book the fitting and notify when ready.

I have been using Jax at Mona Vale for many years not onky for tyres but for car servicing, rego checks etc. Always accommodating efficient and courteus

Came in with a problem with my wheel nuts and the lads had me back on the road within the hour. The workshop looked busy so it looks like the people have spoken with their feet and gone to Jax.

Great service! They looked at my car to get a nail out of my tyre because the dash was alerting me that there's a nail in one of the tyres. Went back to pick up my car and they mentioned that there was no nail in the car. I was very impressed with their honesty. They could've easily taken me to the cleaners and charged me, but they didn't. I definitely recommend them for their honesty and professionalism. Keep up the great work, there are hardly any honest services around.
