Exceptional service from everyone at the shop. Quickly fit my car in and problems fixed within an hour. Reasonably priced with good communication.

Flat tyre. Jax stated a patch wasn’t possible. New Tyre $550 (special EV tyre) will take 24 hours to arrive though… off to get a 2nd opinion.

Tempe Tyres. Same new Tyre $450. However they talked me out of it - stating a patch WAS doable and fixed with a patch and charged me $30.

Great staff, feels like white glove service.they are now mine and my families go to for tyres. Great people and great service which is refreshing nowadays:)

Was told my front lower arm brushes are broken and need to be replaced and wanted to charge me 800$
went to another mechanic 15 mins away, he hoisted the car up and showed me the we’re not broken at all and only the left side had a tiny crack that would not effect the car at all for a great deal of time

I found them to be quick, reliable, honest service.very transparent, good follow up (text, emailing invoice, & advise on tyre safety/recommendation). And even lent me an umbrella so pop down the road to do some work! Was a late visit (just after 4pm), all sorted and good to go B4 5pm:)

First time for me here: let's give it a try (I needed to change a whole front wheel and the tyres). Went there without any booking; great service, information, options and details provided, they checked the car in and the job was done in a couple of hours.
I can see Mark and team know what needs to be done.

Absolute lifesavers! We had a 6 hr drive in front of us to get home and the inevitable nail-in-the-tyre occurred…and with run-flats. A call to Jax Kensington was all it took. An hour later and we were on the road. Incredible service I would happily drive 6 hours back to Kensington for any tyre service.

So, picture this: I'm driving my 2020 Golf R around town, feeling pretty cool with my sleek ride. Suddenly, I realize that my tires are as bald as my Uncle Frank's head! What do I do? Panic sets in. I can't drive around with these baldies. Enter JAX Tyres Kensington.

I walked into their shop with my head held low, like a kid who lost his balloon. But the friendly staff at JAX Tyres Kensington didn't let my despair last long. They took one look at my Golf R and knew exactly what I needed. Four Michelin Pilot Sport 5's, baby!

I have to say, I was pretty impressed with these tires. Not only do they look sharp, but they also handle like a dream. No more slipping and sliding around corners for me! And the best part? I can finally show off my Golf R without people snickering at my bald tires.

The staff at JAX Tyres Kensington were a delight to work with. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and had a great sense of humor.

The attitude of one of the tyre mechanics is terrible. I suspect he deliberately damaged one of my bold and blamed the other workshop by install it wrong. They charge me $90 for replacing it. It was $120 at first on the phone, then I stopped by to check, then suddenly drop $90 by the second ask. Never again!

Without a doubt, they gave me the best service I've ever had in over 6 years with my car. I drive a Toyota, and I've had it serviced at 3 or 4 different Toyota dealerships, and even they aren't as good as these guys.

At fairly short notice, they managed to set me up with:
- 4 new tyres (that had to be ordered in)
- A logbook service (135,000 km)
- Cut and polish of my headlights
- Plus, they even took the car to Rosebery to arrange a blue slip for me (I'm originally from QLD).

I very very rarely leave reviews, but they impressed me big time. I'll certainly be going back there in the future for all my tyres and servicing needs.

As a woman getting a car service is a worry.
A. Do they actually done the job?
B. Would they bother to exlpain what was done.
C. What word of assurance that would take away your doubts.
Unfortunately the above mentioned I have not experience eventhough I still recommend.
I had my car service twice and so far so good.
Just hoping one day you find an Auto mechanic that would actually go through with all the service they have done.
The also good thing about this shop the service is fast under 3HRS which is quite good.
The lady whom I can't remember the name has a welcoming presence.
Probably going back next year.

Jax (Kensington) have been servicing my cars for several years now, including tyres & automotive work. They have always provided great service, jobs well done at a very fair & reasonable price. The staff have been very helpful, friendly & courteous. I'm very happy to recommend them.

The person who served me went above and beyond to help me with an unusual and last minute issue.

We had been using our John Deere Gator on a festival site taking place at Centenial Park and the tyre was damaged and needed replacing.

The person serving me, managed to track one down and get it delivered in a few hours. This was a Friday and our event was Saturday so i really appreciated such great service.

Efficient, professional and great customer service. I would recommend them for tyres and registration e-safety check.
