I used to dral with Owen Tyres before they became Jax. Jax gladly inflated my granddaughter's ball with a smile last week. No charge too.

We have used the services of Jax Brookvale a few times now and their service every time has been nothing short of outstanding. From the reception when you arrive, to the incredibly fast service and very reasonable prices. Today I turned up with a screw in my tyre at 4.30, they were busy and trying to finish for the end of the day, still they fitted me in no questions asked and I was on my way at 4.50, outstanding. Thanks team!

Jax at Brookvale got the job done in a timely manner but did not offer a seniors discount until I mentioned it which was a shame. Agent was put out that he had to reprice the job. Also asked about the gas that they used and how much it would cost. Nobody got back to me and the gas was put in the tyres anyway. I was then expected to pay for this extra which I declined to do which made me feel uncomfortable. Just a couple of areas where customer service could be improved with better communication.

Really great place to take your place - Been there twice now for set of Pirelli tyres and then for Brake Discs and Pads - they were able to get Porsche OEM to keep me satisfied. Good value. Matt the manager does a good job of steering the ship. Will go back again! Peter

EDITED: for context as requested. Booked a tyre repair in recently. I arrived on time to be told that the person who took the booking on the phone, hadn’t booked me in and there was no record of my phone call. I was told it was going to be an 1.5 hour wait. A mistake which was passed on to me and my pregnant girlfriend and I entered the back of the queue. Once handed the invoice I asked about the repair to which the guy behind the desk had no details. I then had to ask how long the repair was valid for etc as no details or explanation was given.
The next day I went to check the air pressure on all my tyres, which I set at 35psi. The repaired tyre was set to 45psi! It was then I noticed my valve cap was missing and had been replaced with a plastic one. For further context, I have visited Jax in Marrickville for my current fitted Michelins and couldn’t speak higher of them. It’s why I sought out a local Jax (Brookvale) as I now live 10 mins away.
On this day, as a customer, I felt like an inconvenience.
(I phoned and asked about the valve cap and was asked to come back to the shop, a 10 minute drive, to which it could not be found)

These guys are life savers! Thank you so much for the great service and quick turn around. After driving 1 hour 40 mins to Brookvale I collected a massive bolt in my tyre in the commute and would have been in a fix driving back. Thank you team for the great service helping out an out of towner in need!
