My wife popped in as she was down the coast visiting family and concerned about her car and getting back home. Don and the boys booked her in at short notice, found that her brakes were incorrectly installed and fixed the issue on the spot! They didn’t even bill her for it! What amazing bunch of guys and thank you.

I've had my last few services with them and they always give me fair prices, honest information and options. Super patient when I ask questions and just all around good people.

Today I didn't have an appointment and though they were busy they still sorted me out within half a day. See, my car decided to not start last night and after an adventure, we managed to jump start it. We took a chance and dropped it off outside their shop late last night and I called this morning to explain the issues.

About an hour later they called back with a quote and diagnostics. By 12: 30pm I got a text saying it was ready to pick up

This wasn't a quick job either - I asked if they could do a service too because it was due anyway in about 100kms and I knew it was due for a kind of bigger service, + a couple of tires, plus now the new battery. Extra special was I asked if we could do the greenslip cause my rego was due in a month, plus I needed a new brake light. Absolutely no problem- they listened and did it all

As someone who cringes going to most car services because of being taken advantage of in the past, I really really really appreciate the team at Jax Warrawong.

Oh yeah, plus I'm super pregnant (like due in 2 weeks pregnant) so really really appreciate having my car back so swiftly. ️

I was on a road trip around NSW. & called in to get my tyres seen to after the tyre pressure warning light came on. Every tyre was only 13 lbs. Friendly staff, no waiting & no charge. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended

Couldn’t initially fit my job in as I arrived at lunch time for the workshop staff, however, gave me a generous time estimate on completing the fix if I left the car with them, They actually finished the job before their estimated time of completion which was even better!
