Had my car booked for a wheel balance and rotation on Thursday, from start to finish I’m extremely happy with the service from the staff and the work. Thank you for looking after me so well. I will definitely be returning.

Couldn't be happier with my experience.
Went in with a particular tyre in mind for my work van, the manager suggested Continentals which were not on my radar.
After doing some research the tyre recommended is a much better fit for my driving requirements.

They use cheap Tricks to make you buy a new Tyre.

I went to repair my tyre for puncture and I got told by this technician that there are multiple punctures in same spot which are 1.5 inches away. I got told to replace it with new one.

Lucky I took a picture and asked 4 different tyre shops and other car mechanics. They all have been told that they can fix the puncture.

With my personal experience, I won’t recommend this tire shop at all.

Great service, job done right and on time. The same at every Jax I go to, no other franchise seems to be able to keep its quality so high.

I have spent two years and many visit to one tyre place and another tyre place to confirm the first one had done the balance correctly only to still have the steering wheel shaking at 100/110kph. In desperation I gave Jax at Warners Bay a go and I can't believe it my steering no longer shakes it is such a pleasure to drive my car on the freeway now.

Warers Bay Jax tyres gave top recent service with helpful phone booking, slight dearer by $4 per tyre alternate product, same brand that was available in stock. These were fitted the next day, as I had an unwarranted road rage incident resulting in a deliberate damage sharp implanent chunk down to a near hole rubber netting in the front left tyre sidewall, that could of caused a serious accident blowout. Great price, quick service, dedicated friendly staff through to workshop. Would go back.
