Been using Jax tyres at Edgeworth for years, never had a problem, prompt service & wil go a little beyond the conract IE, replacing worn spare with the best tyre to come off my vehicle & good follow up service.

Super friendly staff and very quick tyre servicing. I was in and out within 30 mins! It's also right next door to a great little coffee shop, and has a seated area inside with air conditioning. I highly recommend if you're in need of a tyre change!

Went in for a simple slow leak fix. Didn't notice they'd damaged my wheel with gouges and scratches until I got home which I knew wasn't there as I religiously clean them.

Can’t thank Steve and the boys at Edgeworth Jax for rescuing me this morning with a flat tyre, came to my house took tyre away and fixed it, then came back and put back on car.

Staff are very friendly, and the venue is nice and clean. Easy to get an appointment, and they run on time, so there's no unnecessary waiting. Stock isn't always there, but ordering in is pretty quick and hassle-free. Have come here twice now, will be back again.

Rang Roger at jax tyres edgeworth, he gave me excellent advice and technical support on the tyres I wanted and other tyres to help me make the right choice. He also gave me the best price with wheel alignment around the Cardiff area. Extremely happy with the Falken wildpeak ATW3’s absolute sic tyres! And value for money. Overall polite, quick service, top guys!

Competitive pricing. Easy to book a time I needed. Didn't take to long for the tyres to be fitted and the wheel alignment to be completed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I took my car into get a pink slip and was very impressed with how fairly priced and friendly the staff were, i then proceeded to get a service on my Outlander which was not the plan at the time but i do appreciate good and fair business when i see it. I had a new full set of tyres fitted today after preordering the tyres a few days prior, the guys couldn’t be more polite and was a really no fuss service, time given for completion was spot on and with very competitive prices will continue to be my tyre fitters.

Needed 2 tyres replaced. The guys were helpful and fitted us in straight away as we were travelling. Thankyou for the prompt work that got us back on the road quick.

Worst tire shop in lake mac. Arrogant and unhelpful. Didn't even bolt the wheels onto my pregnant wife's car tight and she drove it home like that and stuffed one of the rims. Absolutely pathetic service

These guys quoted me over the phone for 4 x new commercial tyres (buy 4 get 1 free promotion) and I booked it in. When we delivered the car to get the tyres on they denied the promotion and charged my credit card. They will not refund me the money. Absolute scammers!
