I’ve been in process of setting up my home office and accidentally bought a desk too large for my room. When I called up to ask if I could exchange for a slightly smaller desk I spoke to a girl named Irish who was super helpful in organising the exchange. I went to Smithfield and swapped out the desks and it was a super easy and efficient process. The warehouse manager who helped me carry the parts out of the boot and place in the new parts, was really kind and informative as well! Thank you! Really happy about how easy and efficient it was. 10/10 customer service.

Outstanding customer service! Account Manager Joan noticed my order was in still in cart so called to see if there was anything she could assist with. Query was resolved promptly and order dispatched immediately. Very happy with the quality of the product. Highly recommend Jason L.

We were very disappointed with our recent purchase of an L-shaped office desk from Jason L Furniture. Not only was the leadtime delayed by about a week but when the desk arrived to us some parts required to fully assemble the desk were missing.

Trying to contact the company to request the missing parts was not easy and they mislead us by advising the parts had been posted when they had not. Finally after a week of pestering the company the missing parts were finally couriered to us.

Instructions for assembling the desk were very poor and we had to hire a tradesman at extra cost to come in and assemble and screw the desk toghether as there was no pre-drilled holes.

When you purchase from Ikea all the parts are supplied, they go together easily and furniture doesn't cost nearly as much as it does at Jason L.

Unfortunately we won't be purchasing from this company again.

Bad quality company can not even fill out a simple form. I would question from other reviews as well how they can simply deliver the wrong colour where is the professionalism.

What an awesome business, reasonably priced, professional dealings and fast speedy and friendly delivery.
The delivery team even put the furniture together for me and took the rubbish.

Highly recommend JasonL for its ergonomic chairs. Great product and price, office chairs have greatly better quality than Officeworks.

Our experience to date with Jason L has not been good.

We purchased the Switch Executive desk which was dumped outside our office by their delivery staff in the car park. We were told the delivery driver was unable to contact us prior to delivery because 'the delivery drivers do not have mobile phones'. Having office furniture left in the rain is not ideal.

Once we started putting together our tables, we realised the leg brackets were manufactured incorrectly! The bolt holes would not allow the joining bolts to line up. When we contacted the support staff they informed us that 'yes, we are having problems with that model' but that they did not check the product before being shipped. If you know you have a faulty product you should not continue to sell it to customers!

We were assured replacement parts would be dispatched urgently by courier and arrive early the next day. It is now 4: 45pm, no courier, no customer support, another day wasted, another disruption to our business.

At present we can not recommend using Jason L due to poor quality control, and poor customer service.

Paid for desk privacy screens back on the 30th of May 2019 and was then advised that someone would phone me to arrange the installation. No one ever called, I kept having to chase them until finally the privacy screens were installed on the 8th of July 2019. When I saw the works completed on the 10th of July, I noticed they weren't all the same height and asked them to come back in and fix them. Am still waiting for them to call back.
