Food was nice, but I asked for the meals to be served together but they weren't. It was very hot, didn't feel like AC was even working

Really good food. Waiting time could be bit long.

Big crowd. Went there on Wednesday and fully booked. Have to return on Thursday. Cashew nit chicken wasn't too good.

The Thai basil beef was good, same goes for the fish and pork neck

Excellent dining experience. Arrived at the restaurant on a Monday during a lunchtime. Had no issue getting a table for 6 people. Food was amazing with great portion sizes and full of flavour. Great service and well priced. Ticks all the boxes!

Boating Team training at Parramatta River around (Rhodes and Wentworth point), make a noise from 5: 30AM, most of morning, we can’t sleep as Loud noise. They really Rude, the high school boating team really bad, only care themselves, will be shamed.social norms lost control

Delicious food and wonderful service! My partner and I had travelled from the Blue Mountains as he was performing at the Culture Mix festival. Jasmin Rice was just what we needed after having moved hotels after I fell on uneven pavement at the Charles Inn and sprained my wrist very badly (I would give the service 0 stars.) Feeling very sore, bruised and in pain and never having used menu log before, the customer service at Jasmine Rice was fantastic.

The delivery was on time and having had made a mistake on my order I needed to create a second order and they kindly delivered both orders together.

When my partner returned after playing his second gig the food arrived. Perfect timing and it was delicious! The red curry, curry puffs and fish cakes were absolutely delicious!

I attended this restaurant as it was recommended to me by my family member. I ordered a pad kee mao and asked the waitress if level 1 spice was mild. I was told yes. Later I received my dish and I could barely get through it or enjoy it as the spice was definitely more than mild (the chillies were spread throughout the entire dish). I normally enjoy spice, I often eat jalapeños. So I was a bit disappointed by this and wondered how much knowledge the waitress had. The meat also looked like minced or ground meat, which I dont mind, but unsure if that would be to everyone's liking. My husband said that he enjoyed the meat and the texture. My brother ordered a level 2 spice of the same dish and although it was very hot he enjoyed that. Previously he had ordered a level 3 spice and it was incredibly hot, so so hot that he only had like one bite. That time the waitress had checked if he was sure he wanted to order a dish so hot. The other dish I ordered was curry puffs for our table and they were nice. Although I haven't tried the milk tea, my brother enjoyed that.

I would say the highlight would be the atmosphere inside, it was quite traditional. There was an area were you could have your meal on floor seats.

My recommendation would be to be very careful when ordering spicy dishes as they are hotter than they are described. The dishes were about $20 each, so more expensive than your typical Thai restaurant.

No. 1 Thai restaurant in Wollongong.
I'll say it's not authentic Thai food, but the chef's twist on the taste makes it retains the Thai flavor but suits a wider crowd, love the soft shell crabs and pork ribs, full of juice and really tender, highly recommended.

This restaurant is really good. My friend told me this one is the best Thai in Wollongong. I like the seafood fried rice, green curry and curry soft shell crab a lotttt

The food is outstanding, the service is first class, the staff is quite friendly and the price of the food is very good. Thoroughly recommend. 10/10

The food might be ok but the service is disgusting. Long waits and they just don’t care. They think because they are busy it’s ok to treat people with disrespect. Waste of money and time.

Food and service is great, phone order & collect works well but can take sometime to get through at peak times

The food was delicious.we were seated in the floor-mat section, which took a little getting used to.tables were spaced out generously, so we were not near any other diners.

We had lunch in this lovely Thai restaurant. The decor is fairly traditionally Thai style which brought us back to the time in Thailand. The floor staff were all elegantly dressed. We were pretty surprised by the ambient, as well as the automated robot which carried and transported tablewares. The dishes were all nicely presented with large portion and assorted ingredients. They all of course tasted superb. The pineapple fried rice was a hidden gem not on the menu, but it came as per requested to the waiter. The soft shell crab salad was amazing as well. The price was reasonable with respect to the portion. We will definitely come back when we visit Wollongong next time!

My partner and I went to Jasmine Rice for our Valentine's day dinner and we had a wonderful time. The service was incredible as we were greeted right at the door, the staff followed the covid protocals ensuring all customers were safe. The staff were dressed with beautiful uniforms and the restaurant was well decorated and set out. The waiting time for our food was short and the food was incredible! I had grilled honey chicken, it was beautifully presented and the flavours were strong. The food is definitely worth the price as the portions were large and the flavours were beautiful. I highly reccomend visiting this restaurant.

After repeatedly asking for plain white rice to be served to subdue the kids hunger as the main dishes were taking far too long to come out, the rice finally came out about 1.5 hours later. We asked for soy sauce but they gave us fish sauce instead. People who were seated long after our arrival had their food served before us. We ended up cancelling one of the dishes as we didn’t want to wait any longer. We only planned to dine for 1 hour but were there for 2 hours. Terrible service and will not be returning!

My wife and I have been coming to jasmine Rice for over 20years.
It's the best Thai in all of Australia and we have had a few.
The food is on point every time.
And the staff are always amazing to us every time.

Great food. Nice if they changed the music though. Piano covers of '80s songs aren't right in 2022! Needs to renovate - carpet, staff uniforms should have been changed 5+ years ago!
