Jasmin1 Lebanese Restaurant Auburn reviews
73 Disappointing Experience - Beware of Food Quality
My friend and I recently dined at Jasmine at auburn for breakfast and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We both suffered from stomach issues after consuming the food, which indicates a problem with food quality or preparation.
Not only did the food fail to meet our expectations, but the overall service was also lacking. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, which added to our disappointment.
We understand that occasional mishaps can happen, but the impact on our health is concerning and indicates a serious issue that needs to be addressed by the restaurant management.
We highly recommend others to exercise caution before dining at jasmine auburn. It's important to prioritize your health and well-being when choosing where to eat.
We hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their food quality and service standards.

Delicious food, wonderful presentation, great portion size, and friendly customer service.
Too much congestion in the sitting area. Male staff behaved rude. Multiple time asked how many people are with while I was waiting for family to arrive after parking. Looked like they want to give the table to someone else. Although it was compensated with complimentary tea. Food quality was just ok. Recommend to experience one time only.
Can’t fault a thing
The food is so so so delicious, fresh, well flavoured
The prices are sooo reasonable and fair
Please keep it that way! Thanks
I enjoy eating here. Good tastes great. Really fair prices. Good family vibe. It’s not super fancy but an enjoyable place to sit and eat.
If you are craving middle eastern food then this is the place to go. Their shawarma and meat platters are really good.
It’s really the worst restaurant at all, they served a tea after meal but when I asking to get sugar they said we don’t have sugar any more.
Good presentation, Great taste, Good presentation, Helpful and cooperative staff, Good customer service, Authentic Lebanese taste in affordable price. Highly recommended
Visited this place on last Friday.
Pro - I had ordered Mixed Platter. The food taste was good. The service is quick.
Con - Can work on improving the seating arrangements.
Overall happy with the experience. Will visit again to try other dishes.
It's one of my favourite restaurant. I always prefer chicken shawarma price is bit reasonable and it ll sufficient for 2ppl.
My first time there.food was OK.bathroom was filthy.it was a Saturday evening so it was very crowded.
I tried mixed plate, all good ones in one plate reasonable priced. Its not luxury place but worth to try it
Ordered Mix Grilled Plate and Lamb Sharwarma.
Chicken skewer and hummus dip is nice. The lamb skews is super dry and tasteless. Lamb Sharwarma not my liking.
This shop do not comply with COVID Safe. They did not enforce check-in, worst is the staffs do not even wear mask.
Absolutely beautiful food, vibes, atmosphere, dining and I always go there all the way from the eastern suburbs to dine in this amazing restaurant? ️
We always order the famous chicken shwarma and falafel with the fattouch. Cheap and worth the food - worth going!
The delicious kava tea at the end! For free! ️
Food is amazing here! I always get the lemon garlic chicken and mixed plate, my favourite place for lebanese cruisine, the only thing i can complain about is how busy they are.lol, they are always packed at dinnertime
Food was good. Lemon garlic chicken was way too yummy. Mixed bbq plate is good but overpriced. Taboula was very yummy.
Yesterday we ordered lamb mix bbq platter and they have reduced the quantity as well quality. We used to order this platter once a week but yesterday we ordered after a while and their quality standards is compromised. The food was not fresh and was very less. Plus they didn’t serve the way they used to. I am not going to order again.
Extremely disappointed ️
The place is not clean and the food not really good.
The legs of the table very dirty and the entrance of the restaurant dirty as well and the area where storage your drinks should be covered or hidden.
Always a pleasure eating at this place. As the namesake the Jasmine tea is always just the perfect after meal drink. To wash down the delicious food there.
Honestly everything here is great. I’ve never had a bad experience and all if the items are perfectly prepared. Service is a bit rusty but that’s probably because of how popular the place is.
Love it
Food tasted great with generous servings and prompt service. Sweet jasmine tea offered with meal is a nice bonus.
It was a great place to eat before pandemic, now everything is getting bad bad. Long black hair found in salad, sticky Tabuli which was the best before.
Used to receive a nice hot cup of tea after each meal and waiters used to offer the best service, which now there are no tea and customer service at all.
Wishing the management take an action and make Jasmin1 the best again.
