Good quality and location but they don't take card payments which is unconvenient. Bank transfer is a better option than cash but I wasn't informed this option available before or at the time I was making payment.

I've Jhad my jeans hemmed up, a corduroy bright pink jacket and a black blazer altered on different occasion and the lady seamstress was polite, great communication and she did a fantastic job on my clothes, e I have found them to be accurate with how long they will take and they also text you when your clothes are done. I would recommend and I will be going again.

Both husband and wife were very helpful, with quick service and very reasonable prices, had to be out of sydney in a few days for a wedding and they made it very easy

Lovely man and lady who run the place and can usually get your garment tailored the same day if needs be. Also very reasonably priced

They did a wonderful job repairing a couple of pairs of ripped vintage jeans for me. Same day service, reasonably priced and really lovely owners.

At the beginning of April 2019 new owner took over the place and owner is changed. The new owner of the place is so nice lady and they are doing their job very good. After a quick chat with the new owner I realized that previous comment of this place not belongs to them. Please do not judge them with the previous comments. I came here for my daughter school uniform and they made it perfectly on the spot! I

We took our clothes to the old Turkish man in the morning and got told 6pm tomorrow it would be ready.tomorrow in Turkish must mean when I fking feel like it because at 530pm next day the turk said tomorrow again. I then said give my clothes back because I'm not here tomorrow. And the turk refused and told me 10pm. Maybe the turk was trying to bluff us renting out our clothes but we said we will be back at 10pm knocking. The turk somehow got it ready by 730pm!

Clothes came out ok. If you got 2weeks to play chicken with an old Turkish man that can barely walk and speak english then go for it. Otherwise there's one across the road!

I don’t know how this man stays in business. Went there at 1.30 with a sign saying to come back at 2, came back at 2.10pm and he was still not there. Decided stupidly to give it another go at 5.30 where he was sitting out the front of his store with all his drop kick friends and told me I’d have to wait another 20 minutes before he would see me. Another time it took me three attempts to pick up my tailoring from him. He’s just never there and clearly has no interest in good service. A total time waster and I won’t go to him again.

I took my coat to Jasmin Tailoring a couple of weeks ago, needing the shoulders lifted and arms taken in. I was nervous about having the alterations done because it's an expensive piece, however after speaking to Jasmin Tailoring I felt at ease. He understood my initial nervousness and explained how the alteration would work. During the alteration process, he was careful not to interfere with the design features of the coat and very patient with all my questions.

He does get quite busy, so I'd recommend grabbing his card and giving him a call before coming in for fittings. When I arrived for my first fitting the garment wasn't ready (I work close by so this wasn't an issue for me, but perhaps a bit inconvenient if the shop is out of your way). He was very apologetic and prioritised the remainder of the work which I appreciated.

Overall, it was a good experience and I'd certainly go back. Everything was finished quickly and for a great price. Best of all, there is no way to tell the coat has been altered.

Very rude service. I saw all the negative reviews but decided to give him a chance. I found the door opened with the "open for business" sign on, went in and found the owner sleeping on the couch. Despite me knocking on the door several times and calling him, he never woke up. When I gentle touched his leg to wake him up, he woke up and rudely scolded me for waking him up, before telling me to go somewhere else on Bourke Street.

This is not the way you treat your prospective costumers. Obviously, giving him one star is already being very generous because he deserves none.

DO NOT COME HERE.

I’ve only had simple alterations done, but the work has always been great, fast and affordable.

The worst tailoring I have ever experienced. I had 2 pairs of jeans I needed to simply have taken in, they are now are completely ruined. I honestly could have done a better job myself - the jeans have been completely hacked at and stitching is all over the place and looks utterly ridiculous. Service is also incredibly rude and unreliable. DO NOT GO here!

Really nice guy but super unreliable, unprofessional and made me come back over and over, he also completely mess up a $1000 jacket

This guy was completely unprofessional, came back 3 times to pick up and wasn't ready, after that he didn't even delivered what was asked to begin with, he destroyed the entire construction of the piece, is completely ruined when asked what happened he just pretended he didn't speak English. This place should be completely shut down.

He took four weeks to do an absolutely awful job on a simple task.

I had to go in 4 times to try and pick up the dress after he said it would be ready, and each time he gave me excuses why I couldn't pick it up yet. When I finally got my dress back I discovered the under layer was longer than the top layer was at the back, sewing was wonky and the bodice still doesn't fit.

I'm having to go to another tailor to fix the mess he made!

Tailor was given a week - we arrived to pick up, he hadn't touched it, we had no time to dry-clean prior to event. They also returned the suit without the suit bag it was given to them in.
The tailor was rude when it was his fault. Never ever going back. Worst referral/

RUINED my skirt. The worst stitching I have ever seen, looks like a child did it! Not only that - it took 8 visits (each time when I believed I was coming to collect) for him to even get around to doing it - 8! The worst tailoring experience of my life.
