Have been using this guy for 3 Tax return. Very disappointing service. Missed reporting 2 years in the row. No apologies. Bad service.

This accounting firm is scary. They dont understand compliance and are allegedly manipulative.

What a joke! Paid for legal service but actually recieved a fax, translating service. All communications sending back to client without a clue what is all about. Fail to explain why they dont do what I paid for. They are good at doing normal tax returns but when it comes to legal advices, they dont have the knowledge and expertise for us to rely on. Requested refund and took my business elsewhere.

Terrible staff and underqualified accountants. I was served by Mr Luong Dang who half way through working together decided he didnt want to help me. Extremely disappointed by this firms lack of respects for their customers. Anyone who decides to use this firm is going to have a terrible experiece and waste both their time and money. Disgusting! Very disappointed.
