7 It takes months to get any action on any problems and the Jameson's Surry Hills Manager is hopeless and does nothing
He should not be in this management position
And he condones tenants moving into a commercial tenancy and changing everything about a building to suit themselves
He is too weak and useless to do anything about it
His response was Pathetic and a few people are now gathering evidence and we reckon exposure via the media will get this manager doing something about it or being out of a job
A 1 star rating is being generous.
Service and communication is absolutely horrendous, which is not what you need in an agent. Words cannot describe how pathetically shocking Jamesons are. Unfortunately poor communication and complete incompetence is not illegal (or maybe it is).
You would be complete an utter idiot if you went with them.
Paul and Christina are exceptional strata managers. Their knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills are impressive. They're proactive in maintenance, transparent in their dealings, and genuinely caring.
Paul is a great chair and provides very professional guidance with an action plan. Sometimes the sound quality isn't as good as it could be, possibly an internet issue.
The incompetence of this team is only trumped by the lack of clear communication and care.unfortunately the culture of some care but no responsibility is a a sad reality for this and many other organisations in this industry.
As a tenant they are very hard to contact. Was given numbers to 3 different people and all go to answering machines. Stuck outside my building for 5 hours now and can't get someone to call me back. Hopefully won't be sleeping in my car tonight.
