Our apartment building has recently changed over to Jamesons from an incompetent strata company and it has been a world of a difference. Matthew Sidra and Vicki Oldknow have managed to achieve 5times more in a year than the previous company had in 4 years. Voicing concerns and issues can sometimes feel daunting and tedious, especially if it’s met with hostility or ignored.
Matthew and Vicki have both been compassionate, respectful and responsive even if they’re out of office or busy juggling multiple matters. They take action rather than dragging it out or showing a lack of care. Thank you so much for all your kind help with issues I’ve raised.
