Sali and the initial male receptionist were quite lovely, however communication was non existent when it came to scheduled teleconferences, emails and sms. The sensitive nature with my case is quite tender due to the permanent impairment I have sustained from my Workplace injury and the lost of my daughter so to experience limited professionalism from the second male receptionist was a red flag. To be told to shhh and be quiet is disgusting mid sentence plus being spoken over was disgusting. The hostility and abruptness received from this second receptionist was utterly disrespectful to the point I put this disturbing man on loud speaker to ensure I was not overreacting which I was validated by my family member. I would rather pay double cost than have a firm with this type of front of house staff take my case. The 5 star rating listed previously is quite questionable. This organisation is unorganised and lacks professionalism.

Nick handled my cousin’s criminal case with so much attention, care and effort.
