My hunt for a home was not a smooth one as negotiations with real estate agents turned sour. James coached me through every single negotiation and answered all my questions without hesitation.
Once I did finally settle on a property and things fell into place, James made all the complex forms a breeze and I understood every step of the process. For a person with a demanding job and no time on my hands, his clear explanations and help with the paperwork is worth its weight in gold.
