James Timber Floor Sanding

We had James redo the timber floors at our house in Five Dock, and the result was amazing! His work transformed the house, giving it a much more modern feel. James is extremely nice to deal with, very professional and does very high quality work. We can't recommend him highly enough!

Excellent job of sanding and coating with water based satin coating on raw and previously finished cypress pine flooring. Started on time, very efficient and a great result. Great finish and good value - exactly what you want when having a floor done, and I don't have to repaint the skirtings.

James and his team did an excellent job on our 100 year old Kauri pine boards. The results were spectacular. James is professional, courteous and his price was very reasonable. We had a dark polyurethane timber lounge room floor. We recently had a light manufactured timber floor put through the rest of the house. James sanded the lounge room floor back and applied coats of limewash. He achieved a very close match to the other flooring.
