Good post Christmas sale. I was looking for a linen or cotton throw and found exactly what I was looking for on sale at @ 1/3rd cost of other stores. Very happy.

The customer service is amazing whilst your browsing/purchasing. Once purchased you are on your own. I have had a few issues I have tried contacting them about multiple times and 0 response. Cant manage to get a reply from the store of purchase or even customer service. What a joke.

Bought 2 x2 seater leather lounges just over two weeks ago and extremely happy with them the service at the Kotara store was great and very helpful the delivery guys were fantastic the unpacked took away the rubbish and were very obliging Will definitely buy there again.

Product is great however poor customer service. When I talked to her on the phone today, her attitudes was awful and not professional.she said she will call me back, but she didn’t!

Product is great however poor customer service. I was left a voicemail that a staff member would be in the store until 5pm for me to pick my goods up at the loading dock. I sent an email at 3: 30pm. No response. When I arrived at the dock, I called the number on the door and was redirected to sydney. Kotaras phone line is dead. Eventually the manager of the store come back to the store. After receiving my goods, the manager left immediately with a simple sorry. There needs to be a better system in place like a mobile number to call. Emailing is too delayed as staff may and did overlook this.

I have never purchased anything from this store before and I never will after the customer service I saw last Thursday afternoon, when picking up a bed at the Kotara store with my son in law. After having to wait nearly an hour for the manager to turn up, the manager was going before we even had time to put the last item on the trailer, with only a quick sorry. With these hard times I thought customer service would be priority.

Wonder why everyone writes about there service they received and nothing about the product that has been bought hmmm suspicious as I’d love to hear if the furniture is good or not as we were gonna buy a $2700 lounge but the warranty structure and fabric was only 1 year so it has kinder put us off on that unfortunately

A big thank you to Megan at the Kotara store for wonderful customer service. Our matter was dealt with professionally and politely. Within 2 days we received our replacement part. Very grateful.

I went here to buy a bed and the customer was absolutely incredible. Really helpful staff that knew exactly what they were doing especially Janelle who went out of her way to help us out. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I was given a delivery date and an hour into the delivery window was called and told that the truck had broken down and my bed frame would not be delivered today (Monday). When customer service called me back to reschedule a time there was no effort put in to make the delivery a priority. I was just given constant "well I am scheduling everyone else for Wednesday" so she did not want to try to schedule me for Tuesday. I had two family members kindly come drive 10 hours to get here for the delivery date as I am a healthcare professional and unable to schedule two hours of my work day. Received a follow up call from the manager who proceeded to say that there could be not be a scheduled two hour window to fit my work schedule. I have now been left in the dark with absolutely no delivery date scheduled OR any ETA on when I will be called back to have this organised. After having family travel hours AND pay for return flights the fact that this has happened and no accomodation was made is just unbelievable. I was also lied to by the store employee who sold me the bed as they stated that the delivery company was a local Newcastle company. Why is the truck broken down coming from Sydney (in their words) if it is a local delivery company. Extremely disappointed with this service and will never buy from them again.

I cannot put into words how amazing the service is here, the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful and delivery was fast and in the time frame provided. Overall an amazing shopping experience, will defiantly will be shopping with them again!
