James is a great guy and has been framing for over 30 years and takes pride in his quality and craftsmanship. His advice is always genuine and appropriate - and he knows how to create the best design to suit any budget.

James assured us he could frame a print to match an existing frame so closely that the two frames would look pretty much identical hung side-by-side on the same wall. He retained the existing frame for reference but forgot to tell his colleague who went ahead and framed the second print without checking the frame it was supposed to match. Suggested unsatisfactory solutions then charged the full price. No real apology just: " sorry we did not meet your expectations". The implication being that our expectations, which he encouraged when quoting, were unrealistic which is a bit rich.
