Jamaica Blue Westfield Kotara

Ordered smashed avocado, got a piece of toast with a thin smear of avocado and a couple crumbs of feta. The standard of food needs to be better and is way over priced. Very disappointing

Today, at this cafe, they don't have a barista making coffee, and my order was very bad. I spoke to the waiter about this and that this coffee is all milk and not coffee. After that, she took the coffee and went with it to change it, but came back with the same coffee and nothing had changed. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Very poor customer service and takes ages to get your order ready. I understand that can get stressful when busy, but what I ordered was already baked. Paid for a small almond cappuccino and a breakfast fritata $18.30 AUD.

A good place to enjoy a coffee or tea break when you shop at Westfield Kotara. The food on the menu is very good especially the cakes. Jamaica Blue is very popular during school holidays, so get there early.

This is one of our favourite places for lunch for many years now, appreciating the good choices of food on offer, together with friendly service.

The store is large in seating capacity but isn’t isolated to its own area. I enjoy it but one guy working at front of house has been rude on different occasions. The staff are hit and miss in how they interact with customers. The general feel isn’t great.

Eftpos machine not working. Asked for cash. I don't carry cash, so I went to the ATM. I asked if my order could just sit there while I get the money. Was told no problem. Came back with the cash and was made to wait in line again to pay. By this stage, the line was quite long as everyone couldn't use their card. I couldn't wait again, so I left.

AVOID. Absolutely obscene price for a coffee. Never have I payed $8.80 for a large dirty chai. Unfortunately, it was just average in quality. Best believe I’m never returning.

Just normal cafe food with a premium price tag.

Good food and coffee and service one of the only places left you can sit down to a big breakfast. Only limited by the number of tables and chair's.

Coffee was burnt and the 'steak sandwich' was soggy and very tough to eat unfortunately.

Asked for toasted Pear Bread. Came out not toasted. Asked for it to be taken back and actually toasted. It came back toasted on one side. Terrible service. Won't come here again

This tiny coffee is the same price as a large. When I asked, Deb told me that she’s not in charge of pricing.

Wow! Maybe just stick to the coffee unless your willing to spend the weeks grocery budget on one average meal. Completely unreasonable pricing for most menu items. Unfortunately nothing positive to be expressed here.

Great to be greeted by staff that care and know you by name, plus create amazing food and coffee on site daily. Deb bakes the best scones. The breakfast menu is sure to please. Even those who prefer a fruity mango granita cold drink are well catered for. Best coffee drinks hands down!

The gourmet pie tasted good but it was way too much money for something that was half filled with air! Definite lack of filling inside.
