This shop is a disgrace we went there around 1030 this morning Iwentbto the counter to order our breakfast to be told the cook was on her break we would have to wait 30 minutes after that watched us look through the menu this is the second time this has happened at the same store I would not recommend this place to anyone & we will never go back

Staff very welcoming, greeting you as you have come in, even if you have not ordered yet and still looking at the menu.
Coffee is well made and enjoyable,
Generous servings with their meals.
Quieter cafe with enough room between tables to be comfortable and not over crowded.
I enjoy coffee here, service is wonderful.

2 of us were not fans of the flavour of the Decaf coffee.
I wouldn't buy it again.

Very disappointed. Initial customer service when ordering was great. The lady was lovely. But after waiting half an hour for our takeaway food I went up and asked where it was they pulled it out from the bench and it had been sitting there. For $17 this is what we got… next to no avocado, a couple of lettuce leaves. Now they are cold and soggy which is really upsetting. We were sitting in front of them the whole time whilst waiting and no one ever called out or tried to find us to give us the food. Overpriced for small portions and bad service.

Good coffee but terrible customer service, very over priced $19.70 for a coffee and a small sandwich with 50cents worth of coles salad and half of a uncut avocado smashed onto the burger. I will never be dining here again worst sandwich I’ve ever had, might get coffee again though considering there’s no where else nearby.

I’ve called this place 10+ times, I didn’t even get to place an order as they didn’t answer there phones.
I would give 0 stars if I could.

Service very slow, missed our order because the screen was playing up ‍️no apology

What I would like to know is why does this cafe close so early considering it is placed in a shopping centre. 3pm really!
Its a bit annoying when would like a cuppa and cake especially after travelling from afar be nice to sit wind down before doing the shop. Food and service are ok though. Only 3 stars as too early a close.

My family and I were eating breakfast and we heard two females in the kitchen (dark hair bob cut & blonde hair) disrespecting their male coworker. The female in the dark hair bob cut had raised her voice. Our experience felt very uncomfortable to sit there and witness the bullying. On multiple occasions the workers were making rude comments, snickering & observing what the male worker was doing. They were speaking about him very loudly where all customers could hear what they were saying about him. We hope this comment can help review the workplace culture and we hope the male worker is doing okay. Workplace bullying is not okay

I can give their food 4/5 stars and service was wonderful all patrons were spaced and signed in BUT my double vaccination certificate wasn't even checked is that not a part of sit-down dinning in this modern covid world

They make a very nice coffee and the food is quite good too.
Have been there a few times now and no complaints so far.

Disinterested staff. I stood there hoping to be served while they gossiped using more than a few expletives even though I was less than a metre from the counter and nobody else was waiting. Felt like I was interrupting when I asked if it was ok to order? Then they actually continued after they called an obviously more junior staff member to take the order. Each time I've been, I've marvelled at how much it has cost unfortunately.

Closed at 4pm, takeaway coffee after 3pm, even on a Thursday. Clearly aren't interested in catering for the workers in the area,

The worst coffee I’ve ever tried.horribly burnt so bitter ending up with being half thrown to rubbish bin. M of all, was quite surprised when she charged extra 60 cent for skim milk option, costs $5.40 for large sized latte. Ripping off customers with horrible taste coffee? Then you better smile to your customer while receiving your order rather than have very rude face, which is never difficult.
The worst waitress (17th Jul around 3pm) and coffee.not going there anyway though.

Nice little cafe with very friendly staff. Food was delicious. Breakfast menu was still available after 1pm. Made a great stop on my roadtrip.
