Terry, Jack, Matt and the rest of the crew were always very professional, responsive, and they really kept our needs in mind throughout each step of the build. Their attention to detail was great even in instances where we wouldn't even have thought about it (the folding laundry doors are working so well, the new piping to the water tank has collected lots of water from the recent rains etc etc). Jakanda built us a large extension to our single story home. We are so pleased with the quality and standard of the work and throughout the build we were continually impressed by the professionalism of the entire team.

We are a large family with children ranging from kindergarten to year 10. Before the build we were nervous about living in the house through the renovations and the chaos we expected it to bring, but Jakanda worked hard to make sure that we could comfortably live and work in the house, and we now have our dream home. Our build happened in the middle of COVID19 lockdown, and the team worked around home schooling and work from home, never skipping a beat. From initial meetings with Terry to final pictures, we felt completely confident in the team, and the magnificent home we now have shows that our confidence was well placed.

My husband and i did alot of research before we began our build and once we met with Terry we knew straight away that Jakanda was the Building Company we wanted to go with. The time and effort put into each and every consultation was above and beyond every time until we reached a plan that we were comfortable with. During the Building stage everything went smoothly and if we had any questions Terry and his team were always easy to contact and very approachable and we couldn't be happier with our new house Jakanda really exceeded our expectations! Our amazing renovation has recently been completed, we are extremely happy with the finished product.

The professionalism of Terry’s company was evident from the beginning, they made the build streamlined and stress free for us. Terry, Peter and the boys completed our 2nd floor addition with large balcony and some downstairs bathroom and kitchen work.
