I’ve been coming here since the beginning. When walking into the clinic, it gives me a feeling of modern and comfortable. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The equipments are state of the art, particularly love the chair. When consulting with Dr Liu, you feel you’re under a safe hand. She’s very gentle and efficient, making the whole experience easygoing! Strongly recommend her!

I live in Hornsby. I need very specific oral heath support as a function of cancer. I found Jaco Dental by doing a search for a product. I Emailed to ask what they had in stock, and received a prompt and helpful reply. Further, even though they are closed for product purchases in person, they were able to do same day delivery to a local address (all with a smile). At no point did they know that this was to help with the side effects of my treatment. Yet, they went out of their way to help. Excellent service.

I recently moved to Chatswood and wanted to find a new dentist. With so many options to choose from, I decided to try Jaco Dental because of the good reviews they had received and the friendly vibe on their Facebook page.

Jaco Dental would have to be the friendliest, cleanest, most professional, and ethical dental practice I have ever been too. They are new and modern. Dr Judy clearly loves what she does, and clearly understands what it is to provide great customer service. You get a real sense from Dr Judy that she is ethical and honest, and has your best interests at heart.

They have a great range of products, and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy any of their products. I did end up buying some Swiss made toothbrushes and German made mouth wash. They are more expensive than what I pay at the supermarket for similar products, but after using them for a few weeks I now feel the quality is so high the premium price is worth it. I will definitely continue to buy their products.

I am super happy and lucky to have found this dental practice. I look forward to becoming a regular patient and will recommend to everyone I know.

I have visited Jaco Dental 3 times in the past 3 months. First for a scale and clean and then decided to get Invisalign (clear aligners). The clinic is incredibly modern and administrative staff gave me prompt appointment reminders. Dr Judy was very professional and knowledgable and helped me with all my questions about the aligners too. A great addition in the heart of Chatswood. Definitely worth the visit!
