Jack & Co reviews
18 The store looks amazing with all the products available. Lot of options to buy from sandwiches to snacks and coffee is amazing.
Looks like management has changed recently.
Sometimes, I like to take my kids to Jack &Co as they have some nice pastries and warm food. However, the new barista's comments about me ordering ham and cheese croissant was unacceptable. I ordered ham croissant leaving the cheese out and the next minute he was making fun right infront of me telling his co-worker "next time they order ham and cheese croissant without a croissant haha". I'm not sure if this was meant to be funny but it was definitely said intentionally as he repeated again. I ordered it for my son who can't have dairy so comments from a barista who is 1. Not very smart shouting it infront of me and 2. Not very educated having zero empathy that maybe some people unfortunately can't enjoy all foods. To be honest, I'm not keen to go back any time soon even though we do like the food and the lady serving the food was really nice. So whoever reads this if you happen to go there on Wednesday morning watch out what you order! You better don't have any allergies or intolerance.
Legit good coffee - don't let the servo station vibe fool you. Best coffee after 4pm.even better than some cafes.
Fellas at servo at incredibly friendly too.
Great range of fresh pastries, salads and sandwiches and they actually have a barista, no automatic machine made coffees, they have many healthy treats and also any of ur favourite snacks.will be looking out for jack & co instead of any other BP
I always stop here for a coffee and some brekky after a morning bike ride. Great food, drink, welcoming staff and healthy options too
Not your average servo - as good (or better) than your local cafe!
Got healthy options, fresh juices, bread all what you never in a service station. Bread milk. Clean near toilet.
Not as good as it was in 2019. April 2020, the food has changed and not that good as it was, once. So disappointing, I used too like this place. Goodbye jack & co.
Went in on Thursday night, what a disgrace.wet floors no signs.no food.no coffee service and it was 6pm.next time i'll keep driving
Great place to stop for fuel & refreshments on our way into Sydney from the north. Always clean & friendly, I highly recommend it!
I get my early morning caffeine jolt from here. Coffee: Good. Service: Excellent. Special shout out to Warren, Clara, Stephanie, Sam and James for the friendly greetings each morning. It is a great way to start the day
Good café latte, tasting sweet & smelling aromatic! The service over the counter was just ok.will visit again just for the coffee!
Best servo cafe I’ve seen. Great coffee and great variety of food. Perfect for my morning trip to work
Where do I start! Been going for 2 years now! Great service, awesome coffee and smashing B&E rolls. Staff are exceptional even one knowing my name after my 3rd visit and already she made me feel like a regular knowing my nickname and coffee
Who would have thought you could get great coffee at a servo (petrol station) ? Well you can, really good coffee. The specialty sausage rolls a pretty good too.
Poor service! What's the different between Egg&Bacon roll and Bacon & Egg roll? ! The staff pretended she doesn't know what's Egg&Bacon roll I asked for and tried to humiliate me!
Great coffee, beautiful fresh juice bar and delicious sweets. Love how they support local charities.
Great coffee, alright salmon baygel, good cheese steak pie. Good to go into a service station and receive friendly service.
Not bad coffee beans, but poor service. My long black in the morning was served with full of hot boiling water, so burned my finger and inside my mouth. Couldn't leave the site until cool it down for 5 mins. My car was waiting in front of the gas tank, so someone had to wait for my car to be removed.
The food was not bad but pricey, doughnut is $5.and reg.long black was $3.70. Saved dollars from fuel, were spent more for food.
