This florist is a gem in Western Sydney. I found the best florist in the whole wide world, KAT is AMAZING, she's so talented does great bunches of flowers in the style I like [French and English] at a reasonable price.

Kat is also happily organised, is able to cater for phone orders or have the floral boutique ready for pick up. Kat is always reliable in presenting a lovely, cheery bunch of flowers, just gorgeous blooms to brighten the day. Thank you Kat for every floral arrangement you have created for me to give to my loved ones. Thank you Kat for being so amazing with flowers!

I walked past this place. On my way elsewhere. I cannot find a "was not here" option.

The two ladies working in this shop the day I went and brought my daughter a single red rose with two added butterflies in it weren't very pleasing. No smiling or care at all. No thanks. Hi or bye. Nothing. Not very happy ladies. Plus I asked if the rose was real and I was told yes but it wasn't. Not happy Jan. They won't be getting my time or money again.

Disgraceful customer service. Pay by debit card for flowers wait till the transaction goes through then says we charge a transaction fee! How about telling people this before they pay or have a sign up on the counter. It's not very nice to hear this after its tapped. Felt like I got robbed even though it was only a small amount. It would have been nice to say so before otherwise I would have handed over cash. Tell people up front guys, and have some respect for the paying customers.

Was so disappointed, got married yesterday, was supposed to have flowers dropped off at 8: 30am, a felt like they just forgot. Turned up at 4pm, didn’t call me or nothing, an on top of it all I payed for roses that had red glitter on top, an there was no glitter at all on them, I felt like they just slapped something together at the last minute with no courtesy call an wrong flowers. I’ll be asking for a refund for the wrong flowers an let you’s know how there refund policy goes with being late, wrong flowers an not even a courtesy call to say it will be late, if I haven’t had gone home an described to go in a honeymoon we would of totally missed the wrong flowers altogether, with no glitter on the roses, thanks a lot guys very an so disappointed, I only get married once. Owner is very smart. I ordered something and they did something else and showed the product Smartly, showing only one side of it and packed it. I will definitely ignore this store on Valentine's day or peak times.

Ill never in my life buy followers from this place the flowers look nothing like what I ordered They showed me a photo of what the flowers would look like it looked nothing like the flowers in the photo. Very disappointed The flowers they used were cheaper alternatives and so not worth it

The florists at J&K Flowers are excellent, proficient and most helpful. I have ordered three of the excellent native arrangements they make up and they have all been magnificent. I shall certainly return to J&K.

Sadly, I was very disappointed with the flowers I had recently delivered to my sister.
When my sister sent me me the photo of the arrangement I was embarrassed.
The arrangement was very small and not what I would have expected for the amount of money that I paid.
I have lots of family in the area but I would not use them again.
