There is a welcoming and caring attitude at this school. All the teachers are very well trained. Both Kay and Carol have a wonderful method of explaining the asana and pranayama to bring out the best in us all.
I came here once, the yoga teacher kept looking out the window to see if her car was being booked. She humiliated me in front of everyone and I walked out feeling like crying due to how the teacher treated me. Not good, avoid
