Was not terribly impressed with the customer service I received. I ordered hex jars, they arrived, upside down. On opening, I found 3 of the packs of 10 - had smashed/broken jars inside. I sent photos of the damaged goods and box that was delivered upside down. I was expected to open the plastic wrapped goods and count how many jars were actually broken. Then I would receive a refund. They are sending a courier to pick up the box with the broken jars inside?

Great range of bee keeping and honey packaging products. Their showroom is customer friendly.it's easy to find what you are looking for. The staff are consistently helpful. It's good to see they stock Aussie made jars which are of superior quality.

We purchased a 4 Frame extractor from iWooHoo yesterday. Mick the Floor Manager was AMAZING! He has extensive beekeeping, bee products and bee related knowledge and a really lovely guy to boot. Would definitely recommend a visit to the shop, huge range of beekeeping gear at great prices. Very well organised, very helpful staff

Visited today with my wife to buy jars for her jam making hobby. I'm itching to start home bee keeping now.

Excellent customer service. Went with a honey frame extractor motor that was no good. The front counter guy (sorry mate forget your name coz I’m hopeless like that) helped us get it fixed pronto. Really awesome service I highly recommend

It would be nice if you guys respond to emails. Been trying to enquire about a product using the ‘ask a question’ feature on your website but no one bothers to answer. Tried three times over several weeks.

Purchase some extraction supplies and buckets. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Will be going for sure for more supplies in the coming season.

First off I love that they have Australian made glass jars to put my Australian made honey in.

But more so the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable, especially Dan. This is my first year bee keeping and he was so very patient helping me pick all the right gear for a beginner.

Thankyou for not making me feel stupid it was appreciated.

Dan has been so helpful to my husband while he's been starting up a backyard bee colony. Everything you could need is there. Highly highly reminded!

Great supplier of Australian made glass jars at cheap prices. I bought all my glass jars at wholesale and they also have a great range of metal lids - ready to be picked off the shelf!
