I've been working with and have known Ivana for about 5 years now.

Personally, she is calm, caring and understanding (not only to people but even to animals and plants).

Professionally, she is strong-willed, detail oriented and gets things done. When she gets some help with work, she always stresses the importance of her clients' data privacy.

I've also provided some help with her website. She made sure that the look and feel of the web pages are calm, refreshing and stress-free so that clients and anyone browsing the website feel the same.

I pick up some great life lessons from Ivana, and for that, I am very, very grateful:)

Thank you, Ivana!

Avoid! I felt worse after seeing her. At the end of our very first session with 5 minutes to go, she suggested I had a serious mental health disorder. One that should be diagnosed by a psychiatrist. Then said goodbye! Very irresponsible. She also judged me as having an eating disorder because I'm thin. I know this because I emailed after our session and asked and was specifically told she asked due to my slim figure. Unprofessional and judgy.

She completely avoided accountability for the lack of duty of care. I have since seen another psychologist who advised me it is not standard practice to suggest a serious mental health disorder at the end of the first session as it could cause harm to the patient. It seems like this is a case of dismissing the patient and avoiding responsibility for poor care, as opposed to actually listening to what a patient is saying - the very basis of good therapy.

Edit: I left my review yesterday and then coincidentally there was a favorable review RIGHT after mine, literally the same day. Pretty clear it's not come through organically. Just goes to show what actually matters - the business as opposed to caring for people's mental health.

When I first went to see Ivana I was in a mess due to bushfires and other personal trauma. Over a three year period Ivana worked methodically with me until one day I could say, yes! I am properly better now. Not many people in the world can do this let alone in Australia. Ivana is empathetic, kind, always professional and has amazing skills. Above all I always felt safe. I recommend her wholeheartedly if you need mental health support.
