It's Time For Thai

Very very bad service with no patience. The food is really bad. The waiter is obviously not only educated to serve customers with politeness but also an absolute liar. I will give a zero of 100.
When I was a UNSW student, I like to visit to this restaurant every week. But now, both the service and food are getting worse dramatically. I never go to this restaurant any more and I will not recommend my friends to go there anymore. There are so many delicious Thai food restaurants I've met but this one is absolutely not in them.
员工没有礼貌, 只是咨询了一些关于食物的味道问题便态度很差, 催促着点单. 付完bill后, 没有receipt, 我再三询问, 服务人员根本没有理会我. 直到我很生气, 才将receipt甩给了我. 关于餐品, 我只能说比以前我在UNSW上学时的质量真的差了很多. 他们现在的食品质量, 我不多评论, 你懂的. 非常不推荐周围的学生及游客去.

Best halal Thai in Sydney with reasonable prices, generous servings and friendly service. Lunch time menu is slightly cheaper.

Even though they mucked up one of my bookings and were under the pump with Customer flow. They managed to provide an outstanding service besides one lady on the Managerial level who was not very sincere and did eventually make my night memorable. The rest of the staff are outstanding and the Kitchen all look happy which is a plus, happy staff equals outstanding meals. Prices and portions are really good! This place is also catered for those who are Islamic and the food is Halal.

I ate very often when i was in uni, still one of my favorite thai restaurant after i have graduated for years and had thai food around the world. BBQ chicken and papaya salad are my top 2 choice.

The waiter used the old menu to let us order the food. However, they charged us by the new price without any notices. The service attitude is very bad when we pointed this out. Won't come any more. Not recommend to come.

Cooks have different skills each, some are really good but last time we did not enjoy our food. This place needs a proper Chef. One kitchen guy cleaned his ear with his naked finger and after that served veggies without gloves.

Awful service and communication, average food delivered cold.

This restaurant is 270m from our unit block. We ordered vegan Tom yum noodle soup, green curry, and roti. It arrived 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time, and when the food arrived, the soup was cold. When I rang the restaurant, the woman argued with me that the food wasn't late, the delivery estimation was wrong, and it takes 10-15 minutes to cook it. Why did it arrive cold if it had been cooked fresh? They offered to send another one, and resent the whole order instead of just replacing the soup. When the replacement food arrived it was all fresh, and much better quality than the original order. Despite their generosity with replacing the order, I will not be ordering from here again. Plenty of other restaurants in Kingsford.

I really enjoyed the food here, especially the pad see ew. The air con in this restaurant could however improve. I am not sure why the staff were pushing my group to sit at the back which was warm and dark when there were plenty of free tables and seats in the front and much cooler.

Great place for a quality thai food at reasonable price! It is close to UNSW, so quite convenient for a students for their lunch or dinner at a cheaper price! The staff is so nice and helpful! Amazing customer service as well!

It is in the Kingsford, it is Time For Thai, restaurant, my wife Erica it was her birthday and me Francois we have a very nice beautiful dinner, and on top of that, the service of the waiters is the Top, eniting you asking they will look after you, we been very happy

Excellent customer service! We ordered through Uber Eats and the driver picked up the wrong order at the restaurant. When we contacted It's Time for Thai, they immediately sent one of their own drivers to deliver our correct meal to us.
We will definitely be repeat customers!

Had the Khao Mok Gai and Laksa. Extremely flavorful food and hearty flavors. Authentic food and generous portions. The wait staff were friendly and the ambiance is relaxing. Will definitely come here again for more dishes.

Cheap and enjoyable. Amazing choices. Fried Chicken was the best and a must get. Dinner and lunchtime can be crowded. Good choice for students who want a large meal for low price point

For great thai food at an affordable price, you cannot go past Time for Thai. There are plenty of dishes to choose from, with my favourite being the red duck curry. The service is very friendly, and food is served quickly. It can get a little busy here, as this is a very popular spot for the local residents. Would recommend booking a table.

My favourite Thai restaurant. Always so fresh, fast service and very welcoming of big groups and kids. Love the duck noodle soup and Thai beef salad!

Food was fantastic and reasonably priced, and i am extremely grateful to staff for being able to accommodate such a large group at such short notice. They were also able to cater for my vegan friend. Large variety of food/drink options and service fairly quick. Would absolutely recommend this place.
