ITP Income Tax Professionals Penrith

I decided to try ITP Penrith for my FY22 tax return and I’m very disappointed.

They are happy to take your payment and finish your 30 minute consultation on the spot but when you try and follow-up regarding the lodgement and your refund, they do not care. They simply ignore you, no phone calls or emails. I tried on several instances to follow-up but nobody cares.

Do yourself a favour and go to another tax agent who will actually care and speak with you. I’m seriously dumbfounded on how a professional services business can act like this to their clients.

Fabulous service. Khusbu was so helpful & patient & I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs their taxes done. Her patience while trying to sort out my daughter’s account with the ATO, who after almost 1 hour on the phone with someone who had no idea & eventually hung up on Khusbu. But she persisted & managed to finally get my daughter’s return completed. Thank you!

Lodged my tax return with Khusbu, this was my first time going through an accountant/tax agent, prior to this i was doing it on my own. She made the process so smooth and straightforward and helped me to maximise my tax return and claim certain things back that I wasn’t even aware I could claim. She was also very very lovely and professional. Will definitely recommend her to everybody.

2 weeks after doing my return with the Penrith office, my return still hadn't been lodged with the ATO.
Only after I enquired 3 different times and then finally spent 40min in a phone conversation with the Blacktown office did my return get lodged.

Hass was amazing he did my tax return and got me a good amoumt back. He gave me tea and made me feel comfortable and was very good with the whole process. He was very accommodating timewise I work so during the day is difficult he saw me at 7pm.which was very amazingly helpful. Thnks Hass.

I had a multiple year tax return appointment with Hass last week. After reading his rave reviews, I was keen to see how it would go.
I was very anxious coming into the phone appointment; with three + years of reciepts, payg statements and invoices spilling over the loungeroom floor, it was a perfect depiction of my inner chaos.
Hass was methodical in his approach and made what I had felt was an Everest exhibition feel like a walk in the park. The ease with which he worked through, year by year my expenses and deductables made me more relieved as the session went on. I was very happy to be talking with someone who loves their job and making people happy- at last! Something I could relate to- and the more we chatted the more he earnt my trust.
Will definitely be booking with Hass this time next year!
