Would highly recommend itp at parramatta. Raj and Vinita are always extremely professional and friendly. Raj has been doing my tax for the last 6 or so years now. Every year I get a reminder to do my tax (which is great because being busy these things can slip your mind) they are always so flexible and go out of their way to fit me in when works for me at short notice.

Raj looked after us and helped lodge my wife's tax and then my tax. Very happy with the service, assistance, guidance and help. Raj went above and beyond to help me as my lodgement was a complex one. Threatened by intimidation! Have been a loyal customer for years. Today 31-7-2020 I had an appointment to do my tax at 2: 30pm. The staff had worked themselves up wanting to argue with me, of which I told them twice that I was not there to argue, but was there only to do my tax. One of the staff members-a male of Indian descent-raised his voice at me, proceeded to abuse me-and when I got up to go to the door-and told him that’s not how you deal with customers-followed me to the door in an intimating manner. I saw how he had worked himself up to attack me, and by then I had become ready to physically defend myself. Disgusting behaviour from someone that’s obviously got problems. I will never use these guys again. Nor will I recommend them to others (as I had done previously).

I couldn't recommend a better accounting team than ITP Parramatta with there professional and outstanding approach i could not be happier with my tax returns. ITP have been processing my tax returns for years and recommend ITP for all your accounting needs.
